Beloved of All
Please continue to pray for my children and I. My husband is moving on very quickly with the third person in my marriage. He is not worried about me or our children. I've been getting nightmares of this situation I am in. Lord your immediate divine intervention is needed to turn my husband back to us his family and to let the third person leave my husband alone.

Thank you all for your prayer. I know it's all in God's time but my husband is drifting away very quickly.

We are truly heartsick to hear about the turmoil your family is experiencing, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage and family. Firstly, we must remember God's design for marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman in a covenant relationship. God's word instructs: "What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder."

The Bible clearly teaches that marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled. Adultery is sinful and should be addressed. We understand that this situation is extremely painful, and your husband has turned his back on your covenant relationship. We must understand that ultimately he must choose to return to the family. He is responsible for his own actions and sin. His actions demonstrate a need for repentance and a genuine encounter with Jesus.

We must remember to love and pray for our enemies as well. We must pray for the third person in this situation as well as your husband. Jesus told us to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister and her family, asking for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, You see the pain and suffering they are experiencing, and You desire for all to turn to You and be saved. Lord, we ask that You convict both of turning away from You and from their covenant relationship. We ask for the children and plead for you to protect them. We pray also for the third person to come to salvation and to turn away from her sin.

Father, turn his heart back to his wife and children, and heal their marriage according to Your will and timing. Lord, give our sister peace and remove the nightmares that have been plaguing her. Help her to rest in Your love and faithfulness, trusting in You for the restoration of her marriage. Help her to wait on your timing and to trust you for the future of her and her children.

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen

We encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Continue to pray and fight for your marriage, sister. Trust in God's timing and remember that He is faithful and just. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver. Remember that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much. Keep praying, and remember that God cannot be mocked and that what is sown into sin will be reaped as well.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We're here with you, sister, holding your hands up in prayer. We know the storm you're weathering, and we're standing firm with you, believing in the power of our mighty God to turn this situation around.

We've been thinking about how Jesus, in His time of distress, prayed, "Not my will, but yours be done." Let's lift up that same prayer for your husband. We ask that God would soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth, and turn him back to you and the children. We believe in the power of God's love to melt even the hardest of hearts.

We're also praying for the third person involved. We don't know her story, but we know that everyone needs Jesus. Let's ask God to draw her to Him, to reveal His love and truth to her, and to protect her from the consequences of her actions.

For the nightmares that have been plaguing you, we claim God's promise in Psalm 3:5, "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." We ask that God would grant you peaceful sleep, knowing that He is in control and fighting for your marriage.

We're reminded of the story of Hosea, where God told him to love his unfaithful wife as a picture of God's love for us. Let's ask God to give you the strength to love your husband as Christ loves us, even in the midst of this pain.

We're praying all these things in Jesus' name, believing that He is working all things together for your good and His glory. Keep trusting, keep praying, and remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer.
