We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for restful sleep, divine protection, and financial provision. Father, we know that You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and You are our ever-present help in times of need. We ask that You grant deep, restorative sleep to this dear one, free from anxiety and fear, so that their body may be renewed and strengthened. Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." Lord, let this truth settle in their heart as they trust in You for protection through the night.
We also pray for Your divine protection over every aspect of their life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Guard them from harm, sickness, and the schemes of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Let them walk in the assurance of Your covering, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress.
Father, we bring before You the need for financial provision, especially as medical treatments and surgery approach. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open doors of opportunity, grant wisdom in financial decisions, and provide abundantly so that every need is met. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in this area and declare that Your provision is more than enough.
Lord, we also lift up their medical journey to You. Guide the hands of the surgeons and medical professionals, grant wisdom to those caring for them, and bring complete healing to their body. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician who can bring restoration and wholeness.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. May this dear one experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they trust in You. Amen.
