We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for restful sleep, divine protection, and financial provision. Father, we know that You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and we trust in Your care over every aspect of our lives. We declare Your promise in Psalm 121:3-4, "He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."
Lord, we pray for deep and restful sleep to refresh and renew the body, mind, and spirit. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We ask that You would calm any anxiety or restlessness that may hinder sleep, and fill the night with Your presence. "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8).
We also stand on Your word for divine protection. Lord, surround this dear one with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Protect them from all harm, danger, and evil, and let Your hedge of protection be a shield around them day and night.
Father, we bring the need for financial provision before You, especially for medical treatments and medications. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust in Your faithfulness. We declare Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open doors of opportunity, provide wisdom in financial stewardship, and meet every need according to Your glorious riches. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear and declare that You are more than enough.
Lord, we also encourage this beloved one to seek You first in all things, knowing that when we do, all these things will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). May they find their strength and hope in You alone, casting all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or come before God (Acts 4:12). May this dear one experience Your peace, protection, and provision in abundance, and may their trust in You grow deeper each day. Amen.
