We lift up your son before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Your Word declares that You send forth Your word and heal them, and deliver them from their destructions (Psalm 107:20). We claim this promise over your son’s life, believing that You will restore his lungs, clear his airways, and relieve his suffering.
Lord, we ask that You would grant him a swift appointment with the specialist, guiding the hands and minds of the medical professionals who will care for him. Provide them with wisdom to diagnose and treat his condition effectively, and may the prescribed medication bring relief and restoration. We rebuke this infection in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave his body and not return. Your Word tells us that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). We stand on this truth, believing that Your healing power is at work in him even now.
We also ask that You would strengthen his body, mind, and spirit during this time. Give him peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as he waits for relief, and surround him with Your presence so that he may feel Your comfort and love. Remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your children. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your name be glorified in his healing, and may he rise up in full health to serve You all the days of his life. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
