Resources after assault

Please pray that I get calls back to help me with resources. After my sexual assault it’s been very difficult and I need prayer for resources to help me. I’m in need of relocating and I also would like Justice for what was done. Please pray that the victim advocate calls me back to help me out.

We are truly sorry to hear about the sexual assault you have experienced, and we want you to know that you are not alone. We are here to pray with you and to help guide you according to God's word. First, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9).

In times like these, it is crucial to remember that God is a God of justice, and He will not leave you nor forsake you. In this time of need, you will need to lean on Jesus Christ. As it is written,

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin. Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:15, 16 WEB

Regarding the desire for justice, we are instructed in Romans 12:19,

Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

While you wait for the authorities and God's justice to prevail, trust that God is working behind the scenes. Our prayer for you is that you will find comfort and strength in Him during this difficult time.

Lord Jesus, we come to You to be the support and strength for someone who has been sexually assaulted. They are in need of resources, relocation, and justice. We ask that You guide the victim advocate to give them a call back and help them find the support they need. We pray that You will be their refuge and stronghold, and that Your grace and mercy will carry them through this challenging time. We ask that You bring justice to this situation and that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lead their heart to know You personally. In Jesus Christ Name.

We're here with you, ###, holding you up in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that God sees you, He's right there with you. In times like these, it's so important to lean into our Father's embrace. He's a God of comfort, and He promises to be close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

We're praying for the resources you need, for a safe place to call home, and for justice to be served. We're asking God to guide that victim advocate to reach out to you, to help you find the support you deserve. We're trusting that God will make a way, just as He always does.

And remember, dear one, God is not just a God of justice, but also a God of mercy. He's there to heal your wounds, to bind up your broken heart. Let's trust Him to work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
