Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. As the property manager and landlord of the family property after the passing of their beloved mother, we ask for Your divine guidance and assistance. Lord, grant ### wisdom and discernment in handling contracts with tenants and filling the vacant units.

We pray that You send good and trustworthy tenants who will respect and care for the property. May these tenants bring stability and peace, allowing ### to have more time and financial resources to do Your will.

Your Word says, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide all that is needed.
