Request for Prayers againts Witchcraft and Financial Crisis

Disciple of Prayer
Good morning, Papa. I'm ### from ###, and I need your prayer support. My dream showed that someone would be wearing my clothes, always be stacked in water, be monitored, and most importantly, my finances grow worse. I'm highly educated and working but things are not working. How do I also materialize my dreams of gold?

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We have read your request and we are joining together with you in prayer in Jesus' name, seeking God's will for your life and your situation.

We hear your distress about dreams where someone wears your clothes, where you are surrounded or stuck in water, where you feel monitored, and where your finances continue to decline despite being highly educated and working hard. We also hear your desire to materialize dreams of gold. We want to bring these burdens into the light of Scripture and to the authority of Jesus Christ.

First, we notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly address this because it is foundational. There is no other way to approach God the Father or to be saved except through Jesus. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, we urge you to do so today. It is only through His blood and His name that we have protection, forgiveness, and access to God's provision. Witchcraft and financial hardship cannot be overcome by rituals or by human wisdom, but only by being in Christ.

The Bible is clear that witchcraft and sorcery are real but they are forbidden and they have been defeated at the cross. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12 we are warned not to engage with divination or sorcery, and in Colossians 2:15 we are told that Jesus disarmed the principalities and the powers, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them. We do not need to live in fear of monitoring spirits or spiritual theft of your clothes or destiny. For us who are in Christ, 1 John 4:4 reminds us that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. And Isaiah 54:17 declares, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Also 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

We must gently rebuke and correct a couple of areas in your thinking so you are not led astray. Dreams can reflect our anxieties and spiritual attacks, but we should not build our theology or our fear upon them. God primarily speaks through His Word, not through troubling dreams. To feel that someone is wearing your clothes or that you are stacked in water may represent feelings of identity being stolen or being overwhelmed, but we must not give witchcraft more power than it has. If you are in Christ, no one can steal what God has appointed for you without His permission. We also must address your phrase about materializing your dreams of gold. The Bible warns us against the love of money and the occult idea of manifestation. In 1 Timothy 6:10, For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. And in Matthew 6:33, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. God is not calling us to use spiritual techniques to materialize gold, but to seek Him first, to work diligently, to steward what we have, and to trust Him to supply what we need according to His riches in glory. In Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Gold itself is not the goal, Christ is.

Regarding your finances, even with education and employment, seasons of lack can happen. This is not automatically proof of witchcraft. God calls us to diligence, integrity, wise stewardship, and contentment while we trust Him. In Proverbs 21:5, The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and haste surely leads to poverty. In Ephesians 6:11-12 we are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces, therefore we put on the whole armor of God, not charms or counter spells. And in James 4:7, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

So we encourage you to turn fully to Christ, to repent of any involvement with witchcraft, divination, or new age manifestation practices, to renounce fear, and to walk in obedience, prayer, reading Scripture daily, fellowship with a Bible believing church, and faithful work and financial stewardship.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up our dear one who is burdened by fear, by troubling dreams, and by financial crisis. Lord, if they have not yet received Jesus as Savior, we pray they would do so now, confessing with their mouth and believing in their heart that Jesus is Lord. Forgive their sins and cover them with the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every spirit of fear, witchcraft, monitoring, and oppression, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. We ask You to break every chain and to cancel every assignment of the enemy, for greater are You in us than he who is in the world. Give them peace and sound sleep, and let their dreams be redeemed by Your peace. Father, we also bring their finances before You. You see their education, their labor, and their struggle. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Teach them diligence, wisdom in stewardship, and contentment while You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Deliver them from the love of money and from the desire to materialize gold through ungodly means, and help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness. Let them know that You are their provider and protector, and that in Romans 8:31, If God is for us, who can be against us. Fill them with faith, hope, and joy as they trust in You. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We are glad you reached out and shared what has been weighing on you. To be highly educated, to be working hard, and still see finances go backward is discouraging. And having dreams that leave you feeling watched, stuck in water, or that someone is wearing your clothes would leave anyone feeling unsettled and tired.

We want to gently encourage you to keep your focus more on Christ's nearness and care for you than on trying to decode every troubling dream. It is easy for fear that someone is working against you to take up a lot of space in your mind, and that fear itself can wear down your peace and your decision making. Resting in Jesus and walking faithfully day by day is a steadier place to stand.

For the hope about gold, we encourage you to bring that desire honestly to God and ask Him to shape it. Rather than looking for a way to make a dream materialize suddenly, faithful work, wise stewardship and contentment over time is the path He often uses to provide.

A practical step that may help is to bring both burdens into the light with trusted people near you. Consider sitting down with a mature pastor who can pray with you personally and help you process what you are sensing spiritually, and also with a wise financial counselor or mentor at church who can look with you at income, spending and debt with clear eyes. Having another set of eyes on your actual budget can often open up next steps that worry alone cannot.

Father, in Jesus name we lift ### to You. Cover him with Your peace, guard his mind and sleep, give him wisdom for his work and finances, provide for his needs, and lead him step by step in Your will. Help him know he is held by You. Amen.

Your letter has been read with prayerful care before the Lord, and we hear the heaviness you carry concerning fear, dreams, and the burden of finances that do not prosper though you labour faithfully.

We would point you first to this settled truth, that deliverance is of the Lord and is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. When Israel was brought out of bondage, Scripture says, He brought them forth, also with silver and gold. Yet they did not share the honor of their deliverance with God, nor take it to themselves. Willingly as they moved, it was still true, He brought them forth. In the same way, our deliverance from sin and from the power of darkness is not wrought by our own strength, by charms, by rituals, or by the interpretation of dreams, but by Him who has found a ransom. Job hears this word, I have found a ransom, and the prisoner ready to go down to the pit is delivered because the King's own Son has borne the penalty. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, and when God Himself proclaims it, the deliverance is certain, for it is already accomplished at the cross.

This is needful to remember when fear of witchcraft presses upon the mind. The Scripture teaches that our heavenly Father has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. Deliverance from the power of sin and from every dark power is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification and for keeping. If you are in Christ by faith, you are not left to be monitored or overcome by any power that would wear your clothes or stack you in water in a dream. The enemy is real, but Christ has triumphed over him, and no weapon formed against those who are in Christ can separate them from the love of God. We are not to give our fears to the pitiless sea, nor to speak to the winds, but to bring them to the Lord who hears and who alone can save. He who met Jacob at the brook Jabbok and turned his fear into peace can meet you also and cause you to see that He is your keeper.

Concerning dreams, we urge caution. The Lord does sometimes whisper comfort to His children in trial and assure them they shall not be crushed, yet dreams are not a sure guide for life or for riches, and they are not to be made into an oracle. Do not seek an interpreter who would lead you into occult practice, nor labour to materialize gold by any secret art. Such ways dishonour God and will only deepen bondage. Bring your dreams and your anxieties into the light of Scripture, test all things by the Word, and commit your way to the Lord in plain prayer. What you need is not a technique to force wealth to appear, but a steadfast trust in the God who provides.

Concerning finances, we know the pain of working diligently and being highly educated, yet seeing little fruit. The Lord who brought Israel forth with silver and gold does attend His deliverance with enrichment in His own time and measure, but that enrichment is first of all spiritual, the unsearchable riches of Christ. Temporal provision comes by His providence through ordinary means which He blesses, through honest labour, wise stewardship, contentment, generosity, and prayer. Deliverance is of the Lord, but it must be accomplished by human instrumentality. The man strengthened by God must still shoot the arrow. So we encourage you to continue in faithful work, to be diligent with what is in your hand, to avoid debt and hasty schemes to get gain, to seek counsel from mature believers in your local church, and to pray daily for wisdom to steward what God has already given. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you as He sees fit.

If you have not yet rested your soul wholly upon the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, we plead with you to do so now. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by His blood shed as the Lamb slain. Believe on Him, confess your sin, and you shall know that you have passed from darkness into light, and you will have ground to say with the psalmist, The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over unto death. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Then your trial, though painful, will give you more to declare of His goodness.

We pray for you now to that end.

O Lord our God, who has found a ransom and who alone brings forth Thy people, look upon this Thy servant who is troubled in mind and pressed in outward estate. Deliver from all fear and from the power of darkness, and cause faith to rise to lay hold on Christ who is our deliverance. Forgive sin, wash in the blood of the Lamb, and grant peace that passes understanding. Provide for daily bread, give wisdom for labour and stewardship, and keep from every snare that would promise gold by vanity. Let this affliction become a song of deliverance, that Thy name may be declared and Thy praise heard. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope we ask it. Amen.

Walk closely with the Word, keep in fellowship with faithful believers, labour diligently, and continue in prayer. The Lord who brought His people forth will not forget you, and in His time you shall have cause to sing of richer mercy than silver and gold can give.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and your heaviness over these dreams and over your finances is understood. It is painful to be educated, to work hard, and still find that things do not prosper, and to feel afraid that you are being monitored or held back by unseen powers.

Hear what the Scriptures and the wisdom of the church teach about dreams. Dreams are like images in the night that vanish when day comes. As one is not made truly rich or truly poor by what he sees while sleeping, so we should not build our faith or our fear upon what appears in sleep. Whether the dream is pleasant or painful, whether it shows clothes, water, or gold, it is not a sure guide for life. The things of this present life themselves are passing, like a dream, and we are called to awaken and to look to the Sun of Righteousness, Jesus Christ, who alone gives true light and true security. No one who is sleeping can see the sun. So we must wake, turn from sleep and fear, and fix our eyes on Christ.

This is why the call of the gospel is to repentance and trust in Christ alone. If there is sin to confess, confess it. If there is fear, bring it to the Lord. The Christian does not live under witchcraft, for greater is Christ who is in you than any power in the world. Witchcraft has no authority over those who belong to Jesus, and we need not live in dread of it. Renounce all fear of spells and all seeking after hidden powers, and renounce also any attempt to gain wealth through spiritual techniques or the interpreting of dreams to materialize gold. Such ways do not come from God. Instead, come near to God through Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and protector. Stay in prayer, stay in the Scriptures, stay in fellowship with the church, and walk in obedience and holiness. With tears and honest repentance, turn to the Lord, and He will receive you and give you a crown of grace.

Concerning your finances and your desire for gold, God does not promise that dreams will become material gold if we perform certain actions. He promises to be with His people, to give wisdom, and to provide for their needs as they walk faithfully. True riches are not first of all money, but faith, righteousness, and hope in Christ. For your daily needs, ask God for wisdom to steward what you have, to work diligently as unto the Lord, to live within your means, to seek godly counsel for work and money, and to trust Him day by day. He sees your labor and your education and your struggle, and He calls you to commit your work to Him and to be faithful in small things.

Let us pray for you.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this dear one before You. We ask for Your protection and peace. Cover this life with the blood of Christ and let no fear of witchcraft or darkness have any hold. Break all dread and every lie of the enemy, and let this heart rest in the truth that Jesus Christ is Lord and that salvation and safety are in Him alone. Forgive sins, wash away guilt, and draw this soul into full trust in Christ. Grant wisdom for work and for finances, open doors for honest provision, teach good stewardship, and provide for daily needs according to Your mercy. Take away the love of dream gold and give a love for the true riches of Christ, that this life may be awakened to Your light and live for Your glory. Grant sleep without fear and days of faithful labor. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, walk faithfully in the church, and labor with diligence and honesty, trusting not in dreams but in the living Christ who never fails.
