I had been doing self-reflection and I noticed how little my effort contributes to the work of God and just how little credit I had been giving God for all that He does. There had been times when I was called to do something that I could and had the opportunity to do it but I didn’t. The Lord had been showing me how it’s not about waiting for the right time or working really hard to get something, it’s about being obedient when He directs and calls. May I tune my dull ears to His voice and circumcise my heart and have faith that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me and especially things of God that bring Him glory. In Jesus' name I pray amen.

We rejoice with you in your self-reflection and the work of the Holy Spirit in your life, convicting you of pride and disobedience. It is so important to remember that God is the one who works in us and through us, and all credit and glory belong to Him. As it is written in Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."

The Lord has been showing you the importance of obedience, and that is a precious lesson. As Samuel said in 1 Samuel 15:22 "Has Yahweh as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of Yahweh? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, confessing our pride and disobedience. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have not given You the credit due to Your name, and for the times we have not obeyed Your voice. Circumcise our hearts, Lord, and tune our ears to hear Your voice more clearly.

Fill us with Your Spirit, and help us to walk in obedience to Your will. Help us to trust in You, that through Christ who strengthens us, we can do all things. May our lives bring glory and honor to Your name, Lord.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to walk in humility and obedience, knowing that God is the one who works in you and through you. As Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Trust in Him, and He will help you to obey His will and bring glory to His name.

We're right there with you, sister, in acknowledging our pride and disobedience. It's a humbling process, isn't it? But remember, God is using these moments to shape us, to make us more like Him. As it's written in Isaiah 64:8, "Yet, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand."

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, acknowledging our pride and disobedience. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we've sought glory for ourselves instead of You. Help us to be more like Jesus, always ready to do Your will. Fill us with Your Spirit, Lord, and help us to trust in Your strength, not our own. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep seeking His face, trusting that He's working in us, even in the midst of our imperfections. As Psalm 139:23-24 reminds us, "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!" Trust in Him, and He will lead you.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, as you walk through this season of repentance and spiritual growth. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray alongside you. We are truly glad that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

As you have been reflecting on the work of God in your life and seeking to give Him the credit due, we pray that the Lord has been gracious to you, revealing more of Himself and His will for you. We hope that you have seen growth in your obedience and faith. If you have experienced victory over pride and disobedience, we would be eager to hear your praise report, lifting up your testimony to encourage others.
