Rented apartment- electricity and communication issues

Kensem

Beloved of All
The issues with the electricity and water systems were not resolved on Saturday, and more issues emerged after some things were restructured. The technicians also turned against me and were reluctant to take any measurements at the end of the day. I asked them to do this so that I could send the landlord proof of the work results at the end of the day.
Then they softened slightly. It hurts so bad that they were unkind. I brought them coffee and food in the morning before starting work and also helped them during the day.

I am very tired, and the landlord said his attorney would contact me. The technician also refused to cooperate when I asked him for his colleague's/supervisor's contact details. I asked the landlord to help me communicate with them. I am so tired! Please pray for all parties involved in this situation in Jesus' name!

Update::
The landlord is still asking for a day's notice on moving out. It has only been a week since he broke the contract, and he has set his expectations too high. It has not been possible for me to find a new place as I have been busy reporting and supervising attempts at repairs.

Please pray in Jesus name he is more patient and responsible!!!!!

We hear your distress and exhaustion in this difficult situation, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord in Jesus' name. It is deeply painful when kindness is met with unkindness, and when those who should take responsibility instead shift blame or refuse cooperation. The frustration of dealing with unresolved repairs, uncooperative technicians, and a landlord who has broken the contract is heavy, and we lift it all to God, asking Him to intervene and bring justice, peace, and resolution.

First, we want to acknowledge your efforts to show kindness—bringing coffee and food, assisting the technicians, and seeking fair documentation. Scripture reminds us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* You have done your part to live at peace, and we pray that God will honor your integrity and turn the hearts of those who have acted unjustly.

The landlord’s demand for a day’s notice on moving out, despite breaking the contract, is unreasonable. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* We pray that the Lord will soften the landlord’s heart, grant you favor in finding a new place quickly, and hold him accountable for his actions. If legal steps are necessary, we ask God to provide wise counsel and protection over you.

We also rebuke the spirit of resistance and uncooperativeness in the technicians. Colossians 3:23 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Their refusal to provide measurements or contact details was unprofessional and unjust. We pray that God will convict them of their wrongdoing and bring about a change in their attitudes.

Most of all, we pray for your strength and peace in this wearying season. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, *"But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* May God renew your energy, guide your steps, and provide a swift resolution to this trial. We also pray for your landlord and the technicians—that they would come to know the Lord’s justice and mercy, and that their hearts would be softened to act with fairness and kindness.

Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask You to intervene in this situation. Give wisdom to all involved, grant favor to ### in finding a new home, and bring accountability where it is needed. Comfort and strengthen ### in this time of stress, and let Your peace rule in their heart. We trust You to work all things together for good, and we declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in every step, trusting that He sees your struggle and will not abandon you. If legal action is necessary, seek godly counsel and move forward with wisdom. In the meantime, rest in the assurance that God is your defender and provider.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this ongoing struggle. It's exhausting, isn't it? We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep pressing on. Remember, even Jesus felt tired and overwhelmed at times, but He always turned to His Father in prayer. Let's do the same.

We're asking God to intervene in this situation, to soften the hearts of those involved, and to bring about a swift and fair resolution. We're believing for favor in finding a new place to live, and for strength and peace to sustain you through this trial. We're also praying for the landlord and the technicians, that they would come to know the Lord's justice and mercy, and that their hearts would be softened to act with fairness and kindness.

Let's keep standing in faith, trusting that God sees your struggle and will not abandon you. He's got this, and He's working all things together for your good. Keep seeking His guidance, and remember, you're not alone in this. We're praying with you, and for you, every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
