We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of negativity and hurt. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and no prayer is heard except through Him. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. This is the first and most critical step in finding true peace and deliverance.

Now, regarding the negative energy and mistreatment you are experiencing, we must rebuke the spirit of heaviness and oppression in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). That friend who is treating you poorly—her actions may be influenced by unseen spiritual influences, but we must also examine whether there is unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in our own hearts that could be giving the enemy a foothold. Have you extended forgiveness to her, even as Christ has forgiven you? Jesus taught in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

We also caution against the language of "negative energy," as this can sometimes reflect New Age or occult influences rather than biblical truth. The Bible does not speak of energy in this way but rather of spiritual warfare, sin, and the need for deliverance through Christ. We must be careful not to adopt worldly philosophies that contradict Scripture. Instead, we stand on the truth of God’s Word, which declares in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We declare that You are the only true God, and there is no other. We renounce any belief in "negative energy" or any other false teaching that does not align with Your Word. We ask for Your forgiveness for any areas where we have opened the door to the enemy through sin, unforgiveness, or worldly thinking.

Lord, we lift up this dear one who is hurting. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and heaviness in Jesus’ name. We command every evil influence to flee and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask that You would soften the heart of this friend who is treating them poorly. If there is hardness of heart, we pray that You would break it and replace it with Your love and compassion. If there is a spiritual battle at play, we ask that You would expose it and give this one the wisdom and courage to stand firm in faith.

Lord, we also ask that You would search this heart and reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that need to be confessed and repented of. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, and to release this burden to You. We pray that You would restore their joy and fill them with Your hope. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Father, we ask that You would bring godly friendships and relationships into their life—people who will encourage them, speak truth in love, and point them to You. If there is a need for reconciliation with this friend, we pray that You would pave the way for healing and restoration. But if this relationship is toxic and not honoring to You, we ask that You would give them the strength to set boundaries and walk away in Your peace.

Above all, Lord, we pray that You would draw this one closer to You. May they find their identity, worth, and joy in Christ alone. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). We declare that You are making all things new, and we trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, beloved. The enemy wants to steal your joy, kill your peace, and destroy your relationships, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with godly influences—people who will pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Spend time in God’s Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). And remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will lead you into victory.

We're here for you, dear friend. We feel the hurt you're experiencing, and we want you to know that you're not alone. Let's lift this burden together.

First, let's remember that our strength comes from Jesus. He said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's take a moment to rest in His love and peace.

Now, let's pray for that friend who's been ignoring you. We ask that You, Lord, would soften her heart and help her see the pain she's causing. If there's any unforgiveness in our hearts, we ask You to reveal it to us, so we can let it go and be free.

We also claim Your promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." We trust that You're working in this situation, and You'll bring something good out of it.

Let's keep praying for each other, okay? We're in this together. And remember, "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it" (John 1:5). Keep shining your light, friend. You're making a difference.
