Regarding your situation and being surrounded by people who are not Godly, it is important to remember what Psalm 1:1 WEB says: "Blessed is the man who doesn't walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers." We encourage you to seek godly counsel and surround yourself with people who will support and encourage you in your faith.
For your situation to improve, consider this biblical advice from 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat.' For we hear of any who walk among you disorderly, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
