Fear not. I know those words can feel distant when your own body feels like unfamiliar territory, when symptoms appear without explanation and your sight seems threatened. But those are the very words God speaks over His people again and again. Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will help you. I will strengthen you. I will uphold you by my right hand.

You are scared, and that is understandable. We are physical creatures, and when the physical fails us, the ground beneath our feet seems to give way. But remember that there is a spiritual reality just as real as the one you can see and touch. Your prayers are heard in that realm from the very first day you set your heart toward God. Even when the answer seems delayed, even when the breakthrough has not yet come, you are not forgotten.

I am asking God to heal you. Not timidly, but with full confidence that He is able. Jesus bore not only our sins but carried our sorrows and our sicknesses. The Scriptures extend His suffering to include physical healing, and we have every reason to lay your need before Him. We see in Jesus a willingness to use His power for the needs of others. He is the Sun of Righteousness who arises with healing in His wings.

Yet I must also be honest about what I do not understand. I do not know why some are healed instantly and others walk a much longer road. Paul prayed three times for a thorn in his flesh to be removed, and God’s answer was not removal but sufficient grace. Even Jesus experienced a gradual healing in one recorded instance. So any healing, whether sudden or slow, whether through a direct touch of power or through the remarkable processes God has built into your own body, is still divine. Do not discount the work He may already be doing.

While we pray for your eyesight and your body, do not neglect the prosperity of your soul. There is a real connection between your inner life and your physical health. A heart at peace, a mind stayed on Him, a spirit fed through prayer and Scripture, these things bring strength to the whole person. So feed your spirit even as you seek care for your body. Let the fear that grips you drive you deeper into the fear of the Lord, that reverential awe that knows He is good and He is God and He is for you. That kind of fear leaves no room for the other kind.

I am praying for you with strong prayers, not empty wishes. The God who broke four hundred years of silence with the words "Fear not" is not silent toward you now. He hears. He cares. He will be your confidence, and your foot will not be taken.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your request to the Lord these past days. Our hearts have been heavy with yours as we asked our Heavenly Father for strong, healing prayers over your health and eyesight. We have pleaded with Him to calm your fears and reveal what is happening in your body, trusting that His perfect peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

If you have seen His healing hand at work—even in small ways—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answers have not yet come, or if new concerns have arisen, please share them again so we may continue standing with you in prayer. You are not alone in this battle, and we will not stop lifting you up before the throne of grace.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, comfort you with His love, and strengthen you with His power as you continue to seek Him. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
