I am glad to have you with us so that we can pray for each other, and that I thank you.
And sounds like you are quite keen about Bill noting the fact that you have been married previously. The thing about this site is that, we are a strong biblical Spiritfilled based prayer site. For sure you must have heard that the Holy Spirit can never contradict the word of GOd neither can He speak of His own but from God.
Thus, coming from this approach, we can't agree with you in prayer on remarrying another person based on 1 Corinthians 7:10-16 plus verse 39 and Mark 10:11-12. You could slice the pie any how you want to, but again, biblical facts still stands, Hzleyes. And this is what Jesus meant about not taking His word lightly either:-
17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven-Matthew 5
