I have had a friend (Melissa) of 8 years who is going overseas & she told me she would contact me before she left - yet for the last 2 weeks I have had no contact with her. She has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her. I am not sure if she just wants to end our friendship, has met someone who is more important to her at this time, if she cannot bring herself to say good bye or whatever.
Please pray that God will not allow our friendship to end & that she will make contact with me in any form ie - a phone call, a letter, a card, a text message or an e mail.
If our friendship is to end -- please pray that it will die naturally - not with a "bullet to the head" w/o warning; I am not in love with her; however I suffer from a great sense of abandonment that causes me such great deep pain that it consumes me. I have not been overly clingy to her so I do not understand why she just went away.
PLEASE pray that Melissa will make contact me & that we will have the friendship we seemingly had - 4 months ago.
