Relationship With God

Father God,
I know I can't see you, that is why you gave us Jesus, to help us and me to have faith in you, to have trust in you.

Father, I know at times, many times, for many years I have run ahead of you, and I have tried to run ahead of you, I have not fully embraced the enjoyed the situation I am in, I have not loved you with all my heart, for which I am truly sorry.

Father, I would love a soul mate/girlfriend, and I had always believed it would be ###,

I am so so sorry I have not fully embraced my friendship with ###, I am so so sorry I did not completely accept ### and her reality that she was not ready for a relationship, that I am so sorry that a part of me was so fixed on the issue of getting married to ### instead of letting things build and unfold.

I am so thankful that ### opened up to one another and shared so much with one another and really built a lot of trust.

I am so sorry if I dented ###'s trust with me.

Father, I do love her with all my heart, please advocate and mediate on my behalf and restore her faith in me, please restore her trust in me, remind her of all the times I have been there for her and listened to ### and remind her of my own emotional issues.

Speak to her directly that she has a deeper and clearer understanding of me.

If it's your will, I pray you would restore this friendship to the best it's ever been in all the years we have known one another, that I pray for your will to be done, and I trust in your will, if ### is not my soul mate, then please show me who this other very special lady is.

I pray ### is well and happy, if ### is happier without me in her life, and that is your will, then so be it.

If ### and me will never ever see each other again or speak and it's your will, then let your will be done.

If ### and me can never be a loving couple, then let your will be done, it does hurt a lot, but I have faith, that you know who is best for me.

As I write this, I am scared, scared and frightened of letting go and scared of trusting you, I can even feel a panic and anxiety.

I feel so confused, whether to trust you or trust me.

Father, please help me, whatever it takes for me to trust you, whatever it takes for me to have faith in you and your awesome powers and your love for me, please help me delight and rest in you, help me be so wrapped up in your love all the time.

Father, thank you for being my Father God, the only God, but please free me from this fear and anxiety of trusting you and the fear of having complete faith.

Please powerfully anoint me with all your fruit of the holy spirit and cover me and feed me with the blood and flesh of Lord Jesus Christ.
