We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing, reconciliation, and restoration in your relationship, as well as for financial breakthrough and employment. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* (John 16:23-24 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Now, regarding your relationship, we must stand firmly on God’s Word. The Bible teaches that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God for a lifetime. *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."* (Genesis 2:24 WEB). If this relationship is not between a man and a woman within the bounds of marriage, we must rebuke any sin of fornication or sexual immorality, for *"let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). If this is a courtship, it must be pursued with purity and the intention of marriage, guided by godly wisdom and mutual faith in Christ.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon this relationship. Lord, we pray that You would remove all pain, bitterness, and misunderstandings that have caused division. Soften their hearts to forgive one another as You have forgiven us, and fill them with Your love, patience, and peace. *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."* (Colossians 3:13 WEB). If this relationship is not honoring to You, we ask that You break any ungodly soul ties and lead them into Your perfect will. May they seek You first in all things, for *"unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it."* (Psalm 127:1 WEB).
We also lift up the financial struggles and the need for employment. Heavenly Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide a job that not only meets their needs but also aligns with Your purpose for their lives. Grant them favor with employers, wisdom in their decisions, and stability in their finances. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider. May they trust in You and not in their own understanding, for *"the Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing."* (Psalm 23:1 WEB).
Lord, we pray for a future built on faith, not fear. Guide their steps, protect their hearts, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word. May they find their security in You alone, for *"the horse is prepared for the day of battle; but victory is with the Lord."* (Proverbs 21:31 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We stand in agreement with this request, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). May His will be done in this situation, and may His name be glorified. Amen.
