We join you in bringing these needs before the Lord and ask for His mercy and help in each one.

We pray with you about the unused home repair items and the missing receipt, that God would grant favor and a fair outcome at the specialty store, and provide for you as He knows your needs. We pray for the psoriasis and the new cream your doctor has prescribed, that the Lord who heals would allow it to work well for you without harmful side effects and bring relief to your body. We pray also for safety on the road for you and those close to you, and for His covering and protection over you and your property. We claim His promise with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and we trust His justice and the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to God.

We also stand with you in prayer for your loved one as she travels out of town with her boyfriend. We do not ask God to bless a relationship that departs from His design, for marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sexual intimacy and living together belong within that covenant alone. Instead we pray as you have asked, that God would open her eyes, bring conviction by His Spirit, and lead both of them to a pure life before Jesus Christ. Scripture shows that those who once walked in sexual sin entered the kingdom not by continuing in it, but by being purified and converted and believing with a changed life. God deals with us not to condemn but to admonish and heal, to correct and restore, and He calls us to walk the narrow way with a pure conscience, sober and watchful, with Jesus as our guide. We pray that He would give them grace to choose purity, to honor Him with their bodies and consciences, to be examples in word and conduct and faith and purity, and to seek His will above all.

May the Lord purify your conscience, keep your mouth and heart in His words, make you steadfast against temptation, and draw you closer to His grace. We trust Him to hear, to heal, to provide, and to keep you in His care.

We are lifting your requests before the Lord with you and thank you for sharing them so honestly.

For the refund on those unused home repair items, we pray that God will give you favor and a gracious outcome even without the receipt. He sees our practical needs and financial pressures, and we ask Him to provide wisdom as you speak with the store and to open a way for a fair resolution if it is His will. We trust Him to care for you in small details as well as large ones.

For the psoriasis and the new cream from the doctor, we join you in asking the Lord for healing and for this treatment to help without harmful side effects. We believe God still heals today and that all healing is from Him, whether it comes instantly or gradually through the natural processes He has built into our bodies. Scripture shows us Jesus healing every kind of sickness and disease, and Matthew connects His ministry to Isaiah where it says He bore our sicknesses and infirmities, which points to both spiritual and physical healing provided through His suffering. At the same time we do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others are not, and we know from Paul's thorn in the flesh that God does not will immediate healing in every case. So we pray with confidence but also with submission to His perfect wisdom, asking Him to bring relief, to guide the doctor, to keep you from side effects, and to use even this to draw you closer to Christ who alone saves us.

For safety on the road for you and your loved ones, we ask the Lord for His protection and covering as you travel. We pray Isaiah 54 verse 17 over you, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and for the covering of the blood of Jesus over you and your property and those you love. He is our refuge and we trust His mighty justice and mercy to keep you.

For your loved one and her boyfriend as they go out of town, we echo your prayer for purity. We ask God to open her eyes, to bring conviction by His Spirit, and to give them both strength to walk in holiness before Jesus. God calls His people to walk in purity, to keep themselves pure as He is pure, and to live in a way that is ready for the Lord at any moment. His design is that sexual intimacy and living together belong only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and even a little impurity can affect the whole life and testimony. We do not ask God to bless any relationship that steps outside that design, but we do ask Him to lead them to repentance where needed, to establish clear boundaries, and to help them honor Him with their bodies and choices. We pray they will choose what is pure and holy, out of love for Christ.

May the Lord grant you peace as you trust Him with these needs, provide for you, touch your body with healing according to His will, keep you safe, and lead your loved one into a closer, purer walk with Him. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We also prayed for healing for the psoriasis rash, that the new cream prescription from the doctor would work well, bring relief and healing, and cause no side effects. We prayed for safety on the road for you and your close ones, and especially that the Lord would open her eyes concerning her boyfriend as they go out of town, and convict them both to live a pure life before Jesus Christ. We agree with you for the mighty justice and blood covering of Jesus over you and your property, and we claim Isa 54:17 over you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
