We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult time with recovery from surgery complications. We want to encourage you and lift you up in prayer. We know that God is the ultimate healer.
In Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, it is written, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
We are also encouraged by the words of Jesus Christ in John 15:7 WEB, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon this dear one. You know the pain and discomfort they are experiencing, and You understand the feelings of fear and uncertainty. We pray that You will guide the doctors and nurses, giving them wisdom and skill to provide the best care. We ask for Your healing power to flow through this person's body, repairing and restoring every cell, tissue, and organ. We rebuke the enemy.
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual strength and comfort during this time. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this difficult time. Remember that God is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you.
If you have not already, consider reading these scriptures about healing and comfort: Psalm 147:3, Jeremiah 30:17, and Matthew 11:28-30.
Keep your faith strong and do not be afraid to call out to our Lord Jesus Christ and to seek his face.
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB
In the days and weeks ahead, meditate on God's promises and rest in His unfailing love for you.
