Rebuking the suspicion and malicious spirit around my life this satan liar spirit is trying to confuse and make street fights and discord with confrontation for cause of tragedy, with sabotage and mockery like pretending that is fun also lying spirit that is afflicting me is bound right , rebuking this false encounter with false meeting, rebuking and stop the cheater missing member syndrome error with a man and a fake sons or false coincidences for Spread false prophecies with gossip , and lies or accusations against and confronting “ we are envy , we are jealous “ it is cause a competency where the Holy Spirit is missing for the disorder and dementia’s spirit is take control like environment of asylum

Concerning the issues you've mentioned, let's address them with biblical principles:

Gossip, malice, and suspicion are condemned in scripture:
A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates chief friends. (Proverbs 16:28 WEB)
For I fear that perhaps when I come, I might find you not the way I want to, and that I might be found by you as not what you want; that perhaps there would be strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, whisperings, proud thoughts, or tumults. (2 Corinthians 12:20 WEB)

Regarding the lying spirit, Jesus said:
You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father. (John 8:44 WEB)

For the issue of false prophecies and accusations:
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. (Matthew 7:15 WEB)

About the missing member syndrome and envy:
For where envy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. (James 3:16 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your sovereignty and the power You've given us through Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we rebuke the spirits of gossip, malice, suspicion, and lying that are causing chaos and confusion. We bind these spirits in the name of Jesus and command them to cease their activities. We pray for unity and peace in the neighborhood and in the life of the one who submitted this request.

We rebuke the spirit of envy and jealousy, Lord and pray for contentment and love among the people involved. We also rebuke the spirit of false prophecies and accusations, and we ask You, Lord, to reveal the truth and expose the lies.

Father, we pray for discernment and wisdom for all involved. Help them to put on the full armor of God, to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 WEB)

In Jesus Christ we have access to God's grace, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5) In Him alone is our salvation "Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. As we continue to pray, let's remember that in Jesus Christ, we have access to God's grace. We're claiming 1 Timothy 2:5, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus," and Romans 10:9, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
