We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, and we take up the spiritual armor described in Ephesians 6 to rebuke every evil force that may be directed toward you or your family. The Word of God is clear: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We do not fear the works of darkness, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We declare with boldness that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Witchcraft, divination, and all forms of occult practices are detestable to the Lord, as He commands in Deuteronomy 18:10-12: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." Those who engage in such things are operating in rebellion against God, and we rebuke their actions in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also remind you that your protection comes from the Lord, who is your refuge and fortress. Psalm 91 assures us: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:1-4 WEB). We pray that you and your family would dwell in this secret place, hidden under the shadow of the Almighty, where no evil can touch you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who has conquered sin, death, and every work of the enemy. We lift up [this individual] and their family to You, asking for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, we rebuke every evil scheme, every curse, every spell, and every work of darkness that has been cast toward them. We declare that these works are broken and nullified by the blood of Jesus and the authority of His name.
Father, we ask that You would expose any hidden works of darkness and bring them to light. Let Your truth prevail, and let those who have dabbled in witchcraft or any form of occult practices come to repentance and turn away from their sin. We pray that their hearts would be softened to receive Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ.
We claim the promise of Psalm 34:7, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them." Lord, send Your angels to encamp around [this individual] and their family, guarding them in all their ways. Let no harm come near their dwelling, and let them walk in the peace and safety that only You can provide.
We also pray for spiritual discernment for [this individual], that they would recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand firm in their faith. Strengthen them with Your Word, and fill them with the Holy Spirit so that they may walk in victory and boldness. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We trust in You alone for protection, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done in the lives of [this individual] and their family. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your protector and defender. Continue to seek Him through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy may try to intimidate, but remember that Jesus has already won the victory. Walk in that truth, and do not give place to fear. If you have not already, we also urge you to examine your own life to ensure there are no open doors for the enemy to exploit—such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepentant sin. Confess these to the Lord, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Finally, if you have not placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). We pray that you would make this decision today, if you haven’t already, and begin a new life in Christ, where no evil can ultimately stand against you.
