We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection and divine intervention. Though the details are veiled for privacy, we know that our Heavenly Father sees all and knows the depths of this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against His children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord God Almighty, we stand in the gap for this precious one who is facing unseen battles. You are the God who parts seas, shuts the mouths of lions, and delivers from the fiery furnace. We ask for Your mighty hand of protection to surround them like a shield, for You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Send Your holy angels to encamp around them, to guard their going out and their coming in (Psalm 121:8).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and destruction that may be assailing them. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every evil plan to be thwarted and every dark scheme to be exposed by Your light. "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:3-4).
We pray for Your perfect peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there are areas where they have opened doors to the enemy—through sin, unforgiveness, or fear—reveal these to them, Lord, and grant them the grace to repent and walk in Your ways. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7).
Above all, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You, Father. May they seek Your face with all their heart, for You have promised that those who seek You will find You (Jeremiah 29:13). If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel: that Jesus died for their sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who believe in Him (John 3:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed, for "the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one" (2 Thessalonians 3:3). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Strengthen this dear one with Your might, fill them with hope, and let them experience Your deliverance in ways that bring glory to Your name.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
