We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, dealing with racial discrimination from your coworkers. First, we commend you for turning to God in prayer, acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your situation.
Let us remember what is written in Galatians 3:28. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing racial discrimination at their workplace. Father, You created us all equal, in Your image, and we are all one in Christ Jesus. We pray that You would intervene in this situation, changing the hearts of those who are discriminating against our brother/sister.
We pray for strength and wisdom for our brother/sister, that they may respond to this injustice with love, kindness, and forgiveness, as You have commanded us to. Guide them in their actions and words, and help them to be a beacon of Your light and love in their workplace.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirit of racism and discrimination. We declare that there is no place for such divisiveness in the body of Christ, and we ask that You would bring unity and understanding to this workplace.
We also pray for those who are perpetrating this discrimination. Father, they need You as much as we do. We ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of Your love for all people, regardless of race.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your coworkers and responding to their actions with love and kindness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
