Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
James 4:8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.
These are just a sampling of verses in the Bible that say we have to be doing something to receive the blessings of God into our lives. Healing of our bodies has been bought and paid for by Jesus. Losing weight would be one of those healings. I have observed on a Ministry replay of a lady who supernaturally was given weight loss by prayer. This was with ### Ministries. I have heard of others. Another thing that goes on though and needs to be addressed is how the weight was gained. We may need to change our lifestyle to keep the healing in our body. Food manufacturers have put sugars and other chemicals in the food that people become addicted to. Sugar is the worst culprit. Here is a website which can give a person some guidelines on healthy weight loss and do it through a lifestyle change, not a diet.

So God can supernaturally remove the weight from our bodies through prayer. The effort we need to put in for supernatural weight loss is summed up in this verse.
Mark 11:24 24"Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.
In the name of Jesus, I speak weight loss into your body, now. I decree and I declare you are now at a normal weight to be healthy, well, healed, and whole. Thank you Jesus.
