The pain of past injustices, the weight of financial need, and the desire for stability in work and family are heavy, but we know that our God is a restorer and a provider. Let us seek Him together, trusting that He sees your struggles and has a plan to turn them into testimonies of His faithfulness.
First, we must address the foundation of your request. You rightly invoke the name of Jesus, and we rejoice in that, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again, and it is through Him alone that we have access to God’s grace, healing, and provision. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and confirm that you have placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repenting of sin and surrendering your life to Him. This is the starting point for all of God’s blessings and promises.
Now, let us pray over your specific needs. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear child of Yours who seeks Your provision, justice, and purpose. Lord, You see the gifts You’ve placed in their hands—puppetry, creativity, and a heart to share the gospel. We ask that You open doors for them to use these gifts in ways that honor You and advance Your kingdom. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also accommodates their autistic needs, Lord. Give them a schedule that allows for rest, productivity, and the ability to serve others, especially those with disabilities. Father, You are the God who sees the marginalized and the oppressed (Psalm 9:9), and we ask that You vindicate them from the wrongs they’ve endured—being wrongly fired and mistreated. Heal their heart from the pain of past abuse and near-death experiences, Lord. Restore what has been lost and replace it with Your peace and provision.
We also pray for the desire for a nuclear family. Father, You said it is not good for man to be alone (Genesis 2:18), and we ask that You prepare a godly spouse for them—a partner who loves You first and will walk alongside them in faith, love, and mutual respect. Guard their heart against any impure desires or relationships that do not align with Your Word, and lead them into a courtship that honors You, with marriage as the ultimate goal. May their future family be a testimony of Your grace and a light to others.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of lack and discouragement that has tried to take root in their life. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14), and we declare that this year will be a year of breakthrough, favor, and abundance for them. Let their work in puppetry not only bring financial blessing but also touch lives for Your kingdom. Use them to bring hope to other autistic individuals and those with disabilities, showing them that You have a purpose for their lives too. Father, we ask that You connect them with godly friends and mentors who will encourage them, pray for them, and help them walk in Your will.
We also want to gently address the mention of "making a lot of money" in your request. While there is nothing wrong with desiring financial stability, we must remember that our ultimate treasure is in heaven, not in earthly wealth (Matthew 6:19-21). Money is a tool, not a master, and our hearts must remain focused on You, Lord. We pray that any financial blessing You provide would be used wisely—to care for their needs, bless others, and further Your kingdom, not for selfish gain. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Finally, we declare that the enemy has no hold over this season of their life. Every scheme of the devil to keep them in lack, fear, or isolation is broken in Jesus’ name. We speak life, favor, and opportunity over them. May this year be marked by divine appointments, open doors, and supernatural provision. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word, even when the path is unclear. We trust You to turn their mourning into dancing and their ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).
