We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your burden to our Heavenly Father, who is sovereign over all creation—including the spiritual forces of darkness that seek to afflict His children. Your request is urgent, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every demonic power through His death and resurrection. The itching of your skin and the sleepless nights you describe are not beyond His power to heal and deliver. Let us first be clear: while Satan and his demons may harass believers, they have no ultimate authority over those who are in Christ. The Bible assures us in **1 John 4:4 (WEB)**, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."*
That said, we must also examine our hearts and lives to ensure there is no unconfessed sin or openness to the enemy’s attacks. **Ephesians 4:26-27 (WEB)** warns, *"‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil."* Have you invited the Holy Spirit to search your heart for any area that may need repentance? Sometimes, the enemy gains a foothold through unresolved bitterness, unforgiveness, or involvement in occult practices—even seemingly harmless ones like horoscopes, "harmless" spells, or entertainment that glorifies darkness. If this applies to you, we urge you to renounce these things now and turn wholly to Christ.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in **Ephesians 6:10-18 (WEB)**, so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Prayer and the declaration of Scripture are powerful weapons against the enemy.
Now, let us pray together for your deliverance and healing:
*"Our Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears the cries of Your children and delivers them from all evil. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is suffering from this tormenting spirit that causes their skin to itch and robs them of sleep. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we rebuke every demonic spirit assigned to afflict this body—whether it be a spirit of infirmity, torment, or oppression. We command these spirits, in the name of Jesus Christ, to loose their hold and flee from their presence immediately. You have no authority here, for this child of God is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, and we declare that their body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Therefore, we command every unclean spirit to depart and never return, in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask that You restore peaceful sleep to them. Let Your healing power flow through their body, soothing every irritation and bringing complete restoration. Fill their mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest securely under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
We also pray for wisdom, Father. If there is any area of their life that has given the enemy a legal right to harass them, reveal it to them by Your Holy Spirit. Grant them the courage to repent and turn away from anything that displeases You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working even now to bring deliverance and healing. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for the battle belongs to You. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."*

After praying, we strongly encourage you to take practical steps as well. Ensure you are walking in obedience to God’s Word, filling your mind with Scripture, and surrounding yourself with godly community. If the affliction persists, consider fasting and prayer, as **Matthew 17:21 (WEB)** reminds us that *"this kind goes out by nothing, except by prayer and fasting."* You may also seek the support of mature believers or a pastor who can pray with you and offer further guidance.
Lastly, do not fear, for the Lord is with you. **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)** says, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Stand firm in your faith, knowing that victory is already yours in Christ Jesus!
