We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this heartfelt request for provision, strength, healing, and protection. How beautiful it is to see a plea that acknowledges dependence on the Lord for every need—physical, spiritual, and emotional. We join in agreement, knowing that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. Your faith in calling upon Jesus by name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we rejoice that you have invited Him into this request, for it is only through Christ that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
The Scriptures remind us in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a vague promise but a covenant assurance for those who are in Christ. You have asked for strength and energy for the tasks ahead, and we declare over you the truth of **Isaiah 40:29-31**: *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Claim this promise as you prepare for the exercise ahead, trusting that the Lord will sustain you without pain or harmful side effects. He is the one who knit your body together, and He knows its limits and its potential. Lean on Him, and He will carry you through.
For the arthritis pain, particularly in your hand, we stand on the healing power of Jesus, who bore our infirmities on the cross. **1 Peter 2:24** tells us, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed."* We pray that you would experience the manifestation of this healing in your body, that every joint would be restored, and that inflammation would cease in Jesus’ name. Let this be a testimony of God’s goodness, that even as you move and exercise, your body would respond with strength and without the limitations pain has imposed. We also pray for rest—true, refreshing rest that only comes from the Lord, as **Matthew 11:28** invites: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*
As you have asked for blessing and protection over your day, we declare **Psalm 91** over you: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. ... He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* Walk in the confidence that the Lord goes before you, guarding your steps and shielding you from harm. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). This includes protection from spiritual attacks, accidents, or any form of evil. The blood of Jesus is your covering, and we plead that blood over you and your household today.
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord not just in times of need, but in all seasons. **Jeremiah 33:3** says, *"Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and mighty things, which you don’t know."* Your prayer life is a dialogue with the Creator of the universe—keep bringing every concern, every joy, and every detail before Him. And as you do, remember to give thanks, for **1 Thessalonians 5:18** tells us this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Gratitude opens the door for more of His blessings to flow.
Lastly, we urge you to stay rooted in the Word and in fellowship with believers. Healing and provision often come as we walk in obedience and community. If there is any area of your life that is not aligned with God’s Word—whether in health habits, relationships, or priorities—ask the Holy Spirit to reveal it and give you the grace to surrender it to Him. He is faithful to complete the work He has started in you (**Philippians 1:6**).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who seeks Your face for provision, strength, healing, and protection. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who acts. We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon them, that there would be no lack in their life. Provide for every need—financial, physical, and spiritual—according to Your riches in glory.
Touch their body, Lord, especially their hands and legs. We command arthritis pain to cease in the name of Jesus. Let every joint be restored, every inflammation subside, and every limitation be broken off by the power of Your Spirit. Grant them energy and endurance for the exercise ahead, that they would move with strength and without pain or harmful effects. Let their body respond to Your healing touch, and may they give You all the glory.
We pray for deep, restorative rest—rest that renews their mind, body, and spirit. Guard their sleep, Lord, and let them wake refreshed and ready to serve You. Protect them throughout this day and every day. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings, and let no harm come near their dwelling. Bless their coming in and their going out, their work and their rest.
Father, we thank You that You are faithful. We thank You that You hear and answer prayer. We thank You that Your will is good, pleasing, and perfect. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand move mightily in their life. May they walk in the confidence that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Protector.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, lack, or fear in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Thank You, Lord, for Your goodness and mercy that follow them all the days of their life. We commit this request to You, trusting that You will bring it to pass. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
