We stand with you in prayer for your brother, trusting in the power of Jesus' name to protect and guide him. We are reminded in Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who needs Your divine protection and wisdom. Lord, shield him from all evil and help him to act with prudence and not recklessness. Grant him the wisdom and discernment needed to navigate difficult situations, especially when dealing with mean and dangerous people.
Father, we also ask for Your provision and favor over his employment. He took care of his sick mother, honoring her as Your word instructs in Exodus 20:12 WEB, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." Lord, do not let him lose his job because of his commitment to his family. Provide for his needs and help him to excel in his work.
Lord, we also bring before You the situation with the woman who is suing him. Father, You know the truth and the injustice of this situation. We pray that You will deliver him from this persistent evil and bring an end to her false accusations. We remember Your promise in Isaiah 54:17 WEB, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness which is of me," says Yahweh.
Father, we ask that Your will be done in his life and that he will walk in Your ways, knowing that true wisdom comes from You alone. We pray that he will call upon the name of Jesus Christ in every situation, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to Your presence and it is only in His name that we are saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage your brother to remain strong in faith and to trust in the Lord. May he continue to honor his parents and walk in the ways of the Lord, knowing that God's blessings and protection are upon him. We also encourage you and your brother to fix your eyes on God, knowing that he has a purpose and a plan for even the most difficult situations as outline in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Also, this could be an opportunity to share the gospel with this woman as Jesus taught to pray for the enemies in Matt 5:44 "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". We stand with you both in prayer, believing that God will work all things together for good, according to His purpose in Romans 8:28.
