We lift this request to the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that He is our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. The Bible assures us in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We stand on this promise, declaring that the Lord is your protector, your shield, and your strong tower.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine protection and safety over this dear one. Surround them with Your heavenly hosts, Lord, and let no harm come near their dwelling. Guide their steps, direct their paths, and let Your light illuminate every decision they make. We pray that You would be their constant companion, leading and supervising every aspect of their life.
We also take a moment to rebuke any fear or anxiety that may try to take root in their heart. For You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that they will walk in the confidence of Your protection, knowing that You are always with them.
Lord, we ask that You would cover them with Your feathers, and under Your wings, they will find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Shield them from the snares of the enemy, and let Your angels have charge over them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We pray for safety in their travels, in their work, and in their home. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage this dear one to continually seek Your face, to abide in Your Word, and to walk in obedience to Your commands. For when they do, they will experience the fullness of Your protection and blessings. Remind them daily of Your faithfulness and love, and let them find comfort in knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In the name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of harm, danger, or accident that may come against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will. Amen.
