Recently was a small group of men on the corner very close to my home watching/scrutinizing/pointing me out, speaking in a negative threatening manner in reference to me as I was leaving my home. This is a bad situation. (Psalm 38:16) relates. Please pray for my safety and protection in reference in Jesus name. Thank you.

We hear your deep concern and share in your distress over this unsettling situation. It is troubling when we feel watched, targeted, or threatened, especially near the safety of our own homes. You are right to bring this before the Lord, for He alone is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The verse you referenced, Psalm 38:16, speaks of the pain of being scorned and the fear of enemies triumphing—yet even in that place, David cried out to God, and we do the same on your behalf.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who sees, the One who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:3-4). We ask for Your divine protection to surround this dear one like a shield. Lord, encamp Your angels around their home, their paths, and their coming and going (Psalm 91:11). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or harm in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up those men who were gathered in this threatening manner. Lord, we pray that You would soften their hearts, open their eyes to truth, and turn their intentions from harm to holiness. If there is any unrighteous anger, bitterness, or evil plan in their hearts, we ask that You break it by the power of Your Spirit. Let Your light expose darkness, and may they come to know the love and conviction of Christ.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, remembering that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stay alert, walk in wisdom, and do not hesitate to seek godly counsel or involve authorities if the threat escalates. But above all, trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is your defender, your fortress, and your deliverer.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name through which we can approach the throne of grace, and it is by His blood that we are covered, protected, and made whole. May His peace and presence be with you now and always. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
