We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for divine protection and breakthrough, knowing that our God is a mighty fortress and a deliverer to all who call upon His name. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:1-2, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* We claim this promise over you and all who are in need, declaring that the Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward.
Yet we must also address something vital: this request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* It is only by His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, and it is only through faith in Him that we receive salvation and the promises of God. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we find true protection and breakthrough.
For those who are already in Christ, we stand together in agreement, asking the Lord to surround you with His heavenly host, to place a hedge of protection around you, your loved ones, and all who are seeking His help. We pray for a breakthrough in every area where the enemy has sought to hinder or oppress, declaring that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray that the Lord will expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy, breaking every chain of bondage, fear, or doubt that may be holding you back. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 10:4, *"The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds."* May the Lord grant you supernatural strength, wisdom, and perseverance as you walk in obedience to His Word. Let us not forget the encouragement found in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*
Finally, we ask the Lord to fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you walk in the assurance that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6), and that nothing can separate you from His love (Romans 8:38-39).
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for protection and breakthrough. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You surround Your children with Your divine protection, covering them with Your feathers so that under Your wings, they may find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Break every chain, Lord, and demolish every stronghold that stands against Your will in their lives. Grant them breakthroughs in every area where they have been stuck or oppressed, and let Your light shine brightly in their circumstances.
Father, we also pray for those who may not yet know You or who have not invoked the name of Jesus in their requests. Softens their hearts, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to the truth that salvation and access to Your throne come only through faith in Jesus Christ. May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead.
We declare Your victory over every situation, knowing that You are faithful and just to complete the work You have begun. Fill Your children with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to walk in faith, obedience, and triumph. Let them experience Your peace, Your provision, and Your presence in ways they never have before.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
