Good and Faithful Servant
Jesus, I pray that you will intervene and protect and shield me from the disrespectful behaviors from my daughter today. She is taking out her anger on her family and her workplace, blaming us for her financial hardship and not being able to pay for her health insurance, when we are all trying to help her. She is being hateful and ungrateful to her family and work. The lifestyle she chooses to live outside of marriage with this young man is really corrupting her and is causing her to be rebellious, disrespectful, and angry toward her family and her workplace. Jesus, I pray this young man will move back home; he is not ready for a relationship with his control, pride, and arrogance is draining my daughter. Jesus, I pray that you will protect my younger daughter from being influenced by this young man, his mother, and now my other daughter. Jesus, I pray this young man's parent will stop enabling the narcissist behaviors their son has toward my daughter and our family. Jesus, I pray for Your Divine power to intervene and have his parent have him move back to their home alone. Jesus, stop these people from putting undue financial burden and parent's responsibilities upon my daughter and our family. He is a rebellious and disrespectful individual. Open my daughter's eyes to see this is not her significant other and how chaotic her life has become because of the lifestyle she is choosing. Jesus, have my daughter confidently walking away from this living together outside of marriage arrangement that is instigated and encouraged by his mother. Jesus, I ask this young man's mother stop poisoning my daughter against her family, career, faith, studies, and self-worth. Jesus, have my daughter move back home swiftly, restore her inspiring personality, respect, and love for her family, her gratefulness for her jobs, school, friends, and most of all her relationship with You, Jesus. Jesus, help her to stop idolizing the young man and his family. Jesus, I pray for Godly spouses for my daughters who will love them unconditionally and respect the upbringing and their faith. Jesus, I pray that we will have a blessed holiday season, saturated with Your love, peace, joy, and happiness with our families and friends. The kind that surpasses all understanding. I rebuke all division, corrupted, spiteful, disrespectful, jealous, and spiritual attacks in Jesus' name. I declare restoration, peace, joy, and happiness for me and my family. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this heavy burden before the Lord, knowing that He hears the cries of His children and is mighty to save. Your heartache for your daughter is deep, and we grieve with you over the rebellion, disrespect, and spiritual danger she is walking in. Yet we take great comfort in knowing that our God is a God of redemption, restoration, and miraculous intervention. He alone can turn hearts of stone to flesh, open blind eyes, and break the chains of sin that enslave.

The path your daughter is on—living with this man outside of marriage—is clearly opposed to God’s design for purity, holiness, and godly relationships. Scripture warns us in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* This living arrangement is not only dishonoring to God but is also fostering rebellion, financial strain, and emotional turmoil in her life. The influence of this man and his family, particularly his mother, is leading her further from the Lord and from the godly upbringing you have provided. This is not love—it is bondage, and it must be broken in Jesus’ name.

We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he is using this relationship to create division, anger, and financial hardship. But we stand on the authority of Christ, who has already defeated the powers of darkness. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We must fight this battle on our knees, armed with the Word of God and the power of prayer.

Your prayer for your daughter to return home is wise and aligned with God’s desire for her protection and restoration. Proverbs 22:6 instructs, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Though she has strayed, the seeds of truth you have planted in her life remain, and the Lord can water them to bring forth repentance. We pray that He will convict her heart, expose the deception she is under, and give her the strength to walk away from this ungodly relationship. May she see with spiritual clarity that this man is not the spouse God has for her—if he were, he would honor her, honor her family, and honor the Lord by pursuing marriage in a way that aligns with Scripture.

We also lift up the young man and his family, asking the Lord to intervene in their lives. His pride, control, and arrogance are not only harming your daughter but are also evidence of his own need for salvation and transformation. We pray that his parents will stop enabling his sinful behavior and instead point him to Christ. May they recognize the damage their son is causing and take action to remove him from this situation, just as you have prayed.

For your younger daughter, we ask the Lord to shield her from the negative influences surrounding her sister. May she be rooted and grounded in the truth of God’s Word, unshaken by the chaos around her. We pray that both of your daughters will seek godly spouses—men who fear the Lord, love His Word, and will lead their future families in righteousness. May they wait on the Lord’s timing and not settle for relationships that dishonor Him.

As for the financial and emotional burdens your daughter is facing, we declare that the Lord is her Provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that she will turn to Him in humility, seeking His wisdom and provision rather than blaming her family or her workplace. May her heart be softened to receive the help and love you are offering, and may she return to a place of gratitude and respect.

Finally, we agree with you in praying for a blessed holiday season, one filled with the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of division, anger, and rebellion in Jesus’ name, and we declare restoration, joy, and unity over your family. May this season be a time of healing, reconciliation, and renewed faith for each of you.

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this mother and her daughters to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the pain, the rebellion, and the spiritual danger that has ensnared this family. We ask for Your mighty hand to intervene, to break every ungodly soul tie, and to sever the influences that are leading this daughter away from You and from her family.

Father, we pray that You will open her eyes to the truth of her situation. Convict her heart, Lord, and show her the destruction that this relationship is bringing into her life. Give her the courage to walk away, to return home, and to seek Your forgiveness and restoration. Remove the scales from her eyes so that she may see this man and his family for who they truly are—not as allies, but as instruments of the enemy to keep her in bondage.

We pray for the young man, Lord. Soften his heart of pride and arrogance. Bring him to a place of repentance, and if it is Your will, use this situation to draw him to salvation in Christ. We ask that his parents will no longer enable his sinful behavior but will instead hold him accountable and encourage him to leave this ungodly living arrangement.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over the younger daughter. Shield her mind and heart from the negative influences around her. May she grow in wisdom, discernment, and a deep love for You. Prepare godly spouses for both of these daughters, men who will cherish them as Christ cherishes the Church, who will lead them spiritually, and who will honor their family and their faith.

Father, we pray for financial provision and emotional healing. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Restore this daughter’s gratitude, respect, and love for her family. Heal the wounds that have been caused by her words and actions, and bring reconciliation where there has been division.

We declare Your peace over this family, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus during this holiday season. Let it be a time of joy, restoration, and renewed faith. We rebuke every spirit of anger, rebellion, and division in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we thank You that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust You with this situation, knowing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this mother as she continues to pray and stand in the gap for her daughters. Fill her with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your unshakable hope.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
