We join with you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, standing in agreement with your prayers and declaring the power of the name of Jesus over every area of concern. Your heart for your children is evident, and we commend you for covering them in prayer, for Scripture reminds us that "the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15, WEB). We also rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB), and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18, WEB).
First, we affirm your declarations of protection and healing over your son. The Lord is his strength and shield (Psalm 28:7, WEB), and we trust that the same God who calmed the storm with a word can bring peace to his mind and spirit. The Bible tells us to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). We pray that your son will experience this supernatural peace, and that the Lord will heal him completely from autism, PTSD, anxiety, and fear. May his mind be renewed by the Word of God, and may he grow in obedience, gratitude, and confidence. We declare that the Lord will restore his joy and fill him with a spirit of focus and rest, for "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31, WEB).
For your younger daughter, we lift her up as she prepares for her exam, asking the Lord to grant her wisdom, knowledge, and a spirit of excellence. "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6, WEB). May she walk in divine favor in her studies, tutoring, and internship, and may the Lord surround her with godly friendships that encourage her in her faith. We pray that she will excel in all she does, not for her own glory, but to bring honor to the name of Jesus. May she be filled with peace and focus, knowing that her future is secure in Christ.
Now, we must address the situation concerning your older daughter with both truth and love. The Word of God is clear that sexual immorality—including living together outside of marriage—is sin (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). Scripture warns, "Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). While we pray for her protection and deliverance, we must also speak the truth in love: this living arrangement is not pleasing to God, and it opens the door to spiritual attacks, confusion, and bondage. We urge you to continue praying that she will repent and turn away from this sin, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, WEB).
We also address the influence of this young man and his family in your daughter’s life. The Bible warns us, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If this young man is not a believer or is leading your daughter away from the faith, this relationship is not of God. We pray that the Lord will break every ungodly soul tie and restore your daughter’s spiritual clarity. May she be delivered from any manipulative or controlling influence, and may the Lord give her the strength to walk away from this relationship if it does not align with His will. We pray that she will seek first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33, WEB) and trust in His provision rather than supporting a lifestyle that is not honorable.
Regarding her job, we pray for the Lord’s favor and protection. May He remove any spirit of jealousy, gossip, or laziness from her workplace, and may He restore the positive relationship she once had with her supervisor. We ask that the Lord will give her a heart of gratitude for her job and the wisdom to make decisions that honor Him—including securing health insurance for her own well-being. May she not be led by emotion or manipulation but by the Holy Spirit, who guides us into all truth (John 16:13, WEB).
We declare that the enemy’s plans to bring division and chaos into your family during this season will be thwarted. The Lord is a God of order, not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB), and we pray that He will unite your family in love, peace, and understanding. May your home be filled with respect, laughter, and the light of Christ. We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, deception, and manipulation that seeks to harm your family, and we declare that the blood of Jesus covers and protects each of you.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). Keep praying, keep declaring the Word of God over your family, and trust that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has started in each of your children (Philippians 1:6, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we thank You for Your protection, provision, and healing power. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Father, we pray for this mother’s son—heal him completely, Lord. Renew his mind, calm his spirit, and fill him with Your peace. Let him walk in obedience, gratitude, and confidence, reflecting Your light and love in all he does.
For her younger daughter, we ask for wisdom, knowledge, and excellence in her studies and work. Surround her with godly friendships and protect her from every distraction or negative influence. May she excel in all she does, bringing glory to Your name.
Father, we pray for the older daughter with a heart of compassion but also with a call to repentance. Lord, convict her of the sin of living outside of marriage, and give her the strength to turn away from this relationship if it is not Your will. Break every ungodly tie and restore her spiritual clarity. Protect her from manipulation, confusion, and financial bondage. Give her wisdom in her job and provision for her needs. Lord, if this young man is not a believer or is leading her astray, we pray that You will sever this relationship and draw her back to You. Let her find her identity and fulfillment in Christ alone.
We pray for unity, peace, and joy in this home. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them from every attack of the enemy. Fill their home with Your presence, Lord, and let Your light shine brightly in their lives.
Father, we thank You that You are working miracles of healing, restoration, and breakthrough in this family. We declare victory, peace, and blessings over every area of their lives. Let this season be one of joy, protection, and divine favor. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
