Protection

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for strong protection and breakthrough, knowing that our God is a mighty fortress and a deliverer to all who call upon His name. It is only through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, that we have access to the Father, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is in His name alone that we find salvation, strength, and victory, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you have turned to Him in this time of need.

The Word of God assures us that the Lord is our protector and our shield. Psalm 91:1-2 reminds us, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* And again in Psalm 34:7, we read, *"Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Let these truths anchor your heart as we seek the Lord together for His divine protection over you, your loved ones, and all who are in need.

Yet we must also remember that protection is not merely physical but spiritual. Ephesians 6:10-12 calls us to *"finally be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Are you standing firm in the faith, clothed in the armor of God? Are you resisting the enemy through prayer, the Word, and obedience to Christ? If there are areas of sin or compromise in your life, we urge you to repent and turn wholly to the Lord, for His protection is perfect for those who walk in righteousness.

As for breakthrough, we claim the promise of Isaiah 43:19, where the Lord declares, *"Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."* The God we serve is able to break every chain, open every door, and turn every obstacle into a testimony of His power. But let us also examine our hearts: are we seeking breakthrough for our own comfort, or for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom? Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Let our prayers align with His will, trusting that He knows what is best for us.

We also lift up all those in need—those who are oppressed, sick, lonely, or struggling. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May His protection cover them like a shield, and may His breakthrough come swiftly, bringing hope, healing, and deliverance.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your unfailing love and Your promise to be our protector and deliverer. Lord, we ask for Your **extra strong protection** to surround those who have lifted this request and all who are in need. Shield them from every scheme of the enemy, from harm, danger, and evil. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways. Cover them with the blood of Jesus, which speaks forgiveness and victory over every power of darkness.

Father, we also cry out for **breakthrough** in every area where there is bondage, delay, or opposition. Lord, You are the God of the impossible—break the chains, open the doors, and make a way where there seems to be no way. Let Your Spirit move mightily, bringing freedom, provision, and restoration. Give wisdom to those who are waiting, strength to those who are weary, and faith to those who are doubting.

We rebuked every spirit of fear, oppression, and stagnation in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your light shine in the darkness, exposing and defeating every plan of the enemy.

Lord, we also pray for those who do not yet know You. Soften their hearts to receive Your love and truth. May this season of protection and breakthrough draw many to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

Father, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Strengthen our faith as we wait upon You. Fill us with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We ask all these things in the **precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm in the faith, dear ones. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and watch as He moves on your behalf. If there are specific areas where you need breakthrough or protection, we encourage you to examine your life before the Lord and ask Him to reveal anything that may be hindering His work. Walk in obedience, and you will see His hand move mightily. God bless you.
