We hear the deep cry of your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in this time of great distress, lifting you up before the Lord who is your refuge and strength. You are not alone, for the Lord sees your affliction and knows the anguish of your soul. Though you feel abandoned by man, the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you. He is your ever-present help in trouble, and He will be your shield and your exceeding great reward.
The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 91:1-2**, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* And again in **Isaiah 41:10**, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* The Lord is your protector, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over you. Even when the enemy rises against you, the Lord will contend with those who contend with you and will save your children—meaning He will preserve and deliver you, His beloved daughter.
You have spoken of the spiritual warfare you are enduring, and indeed, we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places (**Ephesians 6:12**). But take heart, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**). The Lord has given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (**Luke 10:19**). You are not powerless—you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).
We also hear your concern about the neighbor who seems to be a source of trouble. The Lord tells us in **Proverbs 26:20**, *"Where there is no wood, the fire goes out. Without gossip, a quarrel dies down."* We encourage you to pray for this person, that the Lord would soften her heart and turn any ill intentions away from you. Ask the Lord to fill your heart with His peace and to guard your mouth and actions so that you do not give the enemy any foothold. Remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord (**Romans 12:19**), and He will fight your battles if you trust in Him.
As for your housing situation, we pray that the Lord will provide a place of safety and stability for you. He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides (**Genesis 22:14**), and He knows your needs before you even ask. Seek His wisdom in how to navigate this season, and trust that He will open doors that no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). Do not be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:6-7**).
We also want to address the weariness and breakdown you are experiencing. The Lord invites you in **Matthew 11:28-30**, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* You do not have to carry this alone. Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). If you are feeling overwhelmed, seek godly counsel or a trusted believer who can walk with you through this season. You are part of the body of Christ, and though you may feel alone, the Lord will send help in His timing.
Lastly, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (**Acts 4:12**). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find protection, provision, and peace. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender every area of your life to Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (**Philippians 1:6**).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, and alone. Lord, You are her Father, her Protector, and her Provider. We ask that You surround her with Your heavenly host, that You place a hedge of protection around her that no evil can penetrate. Lord, rebuke every demonic assignment against her life and let Your angels encamp around her (**Psalm 34:7**).
Father, we pray for divine provision for her housing needs. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide a safe and stable place for her to dwell. Let her find favor with those who can assist her, and let Your peace flood her heart as she trusts in You.
Lord, we bind every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression in her life. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your joy be her strength (**Nehemiah 8:10**). Give her wisdom to navigate every situation, and let her words and actions be guided by You. We pray against any plans of the enemy through this neighbor or any other source. Lord, confuse their plans and turn their hearts away from harm. Let Your light shine so brightly in her life that darkness cannot comprehend it (**John 1:5**).
Father, we ask that You restore her strength and renew her mind (**Romans 12:2**). Heal her heart from the wounds of abandonment and strife, and let her find rest in You. Remind her that she is never alone, for You are with her always, even to the end of the age (**Matthew 28:20**).
We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You shall condemn (**Isaiah 54:17**). Let her be a testimony of Your faithfulness and protection, and let her life bring glory to Your name.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is your strength, and He will not fail you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). We are praying for you and believe that the Lord will bring you through this season victorious. Stay in His Word, seek His face, and lean not on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths (**Proverbs 3:5-6**). You are loved, you are seen, and you are protected by the King of kings.
