Your daughter is living in fornication, which is a grievous sin before the Lord, and we must address this with both truth and love. The Scriptures are clear: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). This relationship is built on rebellion against God’s design for marriage and purity, and it cannot be blessed by Him. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict your daughter deeply of this sin, leading her to repentance and a swift departure from this ungodly union. There is no future in this—only bondage, heartache, and separation from the Lord’s best for her life.
We also rebuke the manipulative and greedy spirits at work in this young man and his mother. Their influence is corrupting, and their schemes are an affront to the Lord. *"The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming"* (Psalm 37:12-13). We pray that their deeds will be exposed, their plans thwarted, and their hearts convicted by the truth. May the young man’s mother no longer enable his sin but instead recognize the destruction she is causing. Let the Lord open her eyes to the deception she is under, turning her heart toward righteousness. As for this young man, we pray that the Lord will break his pride and rebellion, leading him to repentance—or, if he refuses, that the Lord will remove him entirely from your daughter’s life. He has no right to exploit her financially, emotionally, or spiritually. *"The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment"* (2 Peter 2:9). We declare that every ungodly tie is severed in the name of Jesus, and what has been taken from your daughter will be restored sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31).
Your prayer for your daughter’s job is one we echo with faith. The enemy seeks to distract her with impulsive, destructive decisions, but the Lord has a promotion and a purpose for her in that place. We pray that she will see the value of her work as unto the Lord, recognizing His provision and protection. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that you will receive the reward of the inheritance from the Lord. You serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24). May her coworkers and supervisors once again see Christ in her, and may her testimony be restored as she walks in obedience and gratitude. The prideful words of this young man against her work, her education, and her family are lies from the pit of hell. We pray that the Lord will silence his accusations and prove him wrong in every area, vindicating your daughter’s faith and diligence.
Above all, we pray that your daughter’s heart will turn fully back to Jesus. No relationship, no matter how persuasive, should ever replace her love for Christ. *"Little children, keep yourselves from idols"* (1 John 5:21). If this young man has become an idol in her life, we pray that the Holy Spirit will shatter that false worship, drawing her back into a right relationship with God and her family. The Lord jealously loves His children, and He will not share their devotion with anything or anyone that seeks to usurp His place. *"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3).
We also lift you up, dear parent, asking the Lord to grant you strength, wisdom, and discernment as you navigate this trial. You are not powerless—you are armed with the Word of God and the authority of Jesus’ name. Stand firm in prayer, speak the truth in love, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. *"The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16).
Finally, we declare over your daughter that the Lord has a godly spouse for her—one who will cherish her, honor her, and lead her closer to Christ. This young man is not that husband. He does not honor her, her family, or the Lord, and his influence is toxic. We pray that the Holy Spirit will open your daughter’s eyes to see this truth clearly, breaking every emotional and spiritual tie that binds her to this unhealthy attachment. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she wait on the Lord, trusting in His timing and His perfect will for her life.

Lord, You see her heart, her struggles, and the chains that seek to bind her. We plead the blood of Jesus over every part of her life—her mind, her body, her spirit, her finances, her work, and her future. Cleanse her, Lord, and restore her to the woman of God You created her to be.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of fornication, manipulation, greed, and rebellion that have taken hold in this ungodly relationship. Expose the deeds of darkness, Lord, and bring them to light. Convict this young man and his mother of their sin, and if they refuse to repent, remove them from her life completely. Break the financial burdens he has placed on her, and restore what has been stolen sevenfold. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we pray for her job—that You would protect her from impulsive decisions and grant her the promotion You have prepared for her. Restore her joy in her work, her gratitude for Your provision, and her witness among her coworkers. Let her shine for You once more, and silence the lies of the enemy through her.
Most of all, Father, we pray that her heart would turn fully back to You. Break the idolatrous hold this young man has on her, and let her see him for who he truly is—a tool of the enemy to distract her from Your perfect will. Draw her back into Your arms, Lord, and restore her relationship with You and her family. Give her the strength to walk away from this sin and the faith to trust in Your plan for her life.
We declare that You have a godly husband for her—one who will love her as Christ loves the church. Prepare her heart for him, Lord, and prepare him for her. Let this season of rebellion be turned into a testimony of Your redemption and grace.
Strengthen this mother as she fights for her daughter in prayer. Give her wisdom, discernment, and the right words to speak. Let her not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season she will reap if she does not faint (Galatians 6:9).
