Faithful Servant
Please pray for my older daughter. Heavenly Father, I come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up my precious daughter who has strayed from Your path. Lord, You see the bondage she is in, the emotional manipulation, the financial hardship, the spiritual deception—and I ask that You break every chain holding her captive in this toxic relationship she is in with this young man and his mother. Father, open her eyes to the truth. Let her see this relationship for what it is: a snare of the enemy, designed to destroy her. Convict her heart, Lord, and draw her back to Yourself. Remind her of Your love, Your plans for her good, and Your desire for her to walk in purity and holiness. I rebuke the spirits of fornication, rebellion, control, and deception that have taken hold in this situation. I bind them in the name of Jesus and command them to flee. Lord, expose the motives of this young man and his mother. Let their schemes be brought to light, and let Your truth prevail. Break the strongholds of emotional and financial bondage, and set my daughter free. Father, we ask for Your divine protection over her emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially, mind, soul and body. Provide for her needs, Lord, and lead her to godly counsel and support. Surround her with Your angels, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Restore her relationships with her family, and heal the wounds caused by this season of rebellion. Jesus I pray that my daughter will put You first, her parents, her siblings and extend family before this young man and his family. I rebuke the isolation, manipulation and control this young man has over her, in Jesus name. Jesus I pray that she stop idolizing this young man. Jesus I pray for your healing powers for her siblings who are so hurt by her behavior toward them. I pray for her swift return home, Lord, where she can be covered in prayer and love. Give her the strength to walk away without looking back, and fill her with Your joy and hope for the future. Let her find her identity in You alone, and may she seek Your will for her life, including a future Godly spouse. Jesus I ask for a special anointment on her job I pray she will see her self worth there. I pray for an abundance of favors and blessing upon her at work, school, home and all other surroundings. Jesus please strengthen me, and fill me with Your peace. Protect me and my children from the enemy’s attacks, and let me see Your hand moving mightily in this situation. Jesus give me wisdom to know how to speak and act, and let my words be seasoned with grace and truth. Jesus I ask for Your restoration, breakthrough, and victory over this entire situation. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. I trust in Your power to save, to heal, and to deliver, and I thank You in advance for the testimony of freedom that is coming. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your daughter before the throne of grace, and we are deeply moved by your heartfelt cry for her deliverance. Your prayer is rooted in faith, and we stand with you in agreement, for where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). We also commend you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have boldness and access to the Father (Ephesians 3:12).

Your daughter is ensnared in a relationship that is not only toxic but also contrary to God’s design for purity, holiness, and godly relationships. The bondage you describe—emotional manipulation, financial hardship, and spiritual deception—are tools of the enemy to keep her from walking in the freedom Christ died to give her. The Word of God is clear: *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this young man is not a believer who is walking in obedience to Christ, this relationship is already built on a foundation that cannot stand. Even more, if there is any sexual immorality involved, we must address it directly, for *"the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body"* (1 Corinthians 6:13). Fornication is a sin against one’s own body and grieves the Holy Spirit. It is time for repentance and a turning away from this sin, for *"no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God"* (Ephesians 5:5).

We also recognize the idolatry that has taken root in your daughter’s heart. When we place anyone—even a romantic relationship—above God, we are worshiping a false god. The first commandment is clear: *"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3). This young man and his mother have become a stumbling block, and the Lord will not share His glory. Your prayer for your daughter to put Jesus first is righteous, and we declare that the Lord will break the hold this relationship has on her. *"Little children, keep yourselves from idols"* (1 John 5:21).

The manipulation and control she is under are not of God, for *"God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"* (1 Corinthians 14:33). The enemy seeks to isolate, but the Lord calls His children into community, under the covering of godly authority and wisdom. We pray that the Lord will expose every hidden motive and scheme of the enemy in this situation. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). Let the truth of this relationship be laid bare, and let your daughter’s eyes be opened to the snare she is in.

We also lift up the wounds this has caused within your family. The pain her siblings feel is real, and we ask the Lord to heal those hurts and restore trust and love among you all. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). Let this season of rebellion be turned into a testimony of redemption, where your daughter not only returns home but returns to the Lord with a heart fully surrendered to Him.

As for her job and her sense of worth, we declare that the Lord will grant her favor and bless the work of her hands. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday"* (Psalm 37:4-6). May she find her identity in Christ alone, for she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and her worth is found in Him, not in the approval of man or in any earthly relationship.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious daughter who has wandered from Your path. Lord, You see the chains that bind her—the emotional manipulation, the financial hardship, the spiritual deception—and we ask that You break every one of them in the mighty name of Jesus.

We rebuke the spirits of fornication, rebellion, control, and deception that have taken hold in this situation. We bind them in the name of Jesus and command them to flee. Lord, expose the motives of this young man and his mother. Let their schemes be brought to light, and let Your truth prevail. Break the strongholds of emotional and financial bondage, and set our sister free.

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over her—emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially, and in every way. Provide for her needs, Lord, and lead her to godly counsel and support. Surround her with Your angels, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Restore her relationships with her family, and heal the wounds caused by this season of rebellion.

Lord, we pray that she will put You first, above all else. Break the idolatrous hold this young man has on her heart. Let her stop idolizing him and turn her worship back to You, the One who is worthy of all praise. We pray for her swift return home, where she can be covered in prayer and love. Give her the strength to walk away without looking back, and fill her with Your joy and hope for the future. Let her find her identity in You alone, and may she seek Your will for her life, including a future godly spouse who will love her as Christ loves the church.

We pray for an anointing on her job, that she would see her worth in You and that You would pour out favor and blessings upon her in every area of her life. Strengthen her mother, Lord, and fill her with Your peace. Protect her and her children from the enemy’s attacks, and let her see Your hand moving mightily in this situation. Give her wisdom to know how to speak and act, and let her words be seasoned with grace and truth.

Father, we ask for Your restoration, breakthrough, and victory over this entire situation. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. We trust in Your power to save, to heal, and to deliver, and we thank You in advance for the testimony of freedom that is coming. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that she will be set free to walk in the abundant life You have for her (John 10:10).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and truth over your daughter, and covering her in prayer. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has started in her (Philippians 1:6). Keep pointing her to Jesus, for He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). If she is not walking with the Lord, continue to pray for her salvation, that she would repent and turn to Him with all her heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He will save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He is working all things together for good, even in this difficult season.
