Protection

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for extra strong protection and breakthrough, knowing that our God is a mighty fortress and a deliverer to all who call upon His name. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:1-2, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* And again in Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

Yet we must also remember that our authority and access to God’s protection come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is through His name alone that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 14:6, Jesus declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If we seek God’s protection and breakthrough, we must do so in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and our only hope.

We also take this moment to encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that you are walking in obedience to God’s Word. Protection and breakthrough are promised to those who abide in Christ, who seek His righteousness, and who turn away from sin. Psalm 34:15-17 tells us, *"Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry. Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."* If there is any unconfessed sin in your life, we urge you to repent and turn to Jesus, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Now, let us pray together for protection and breakthrough in Jesus’ mighty name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, asking for Your divine protection to surround us and all who are in need. Lord, we ask that You place a hedge of thorns around us, our families, our homes, and our loved ones, so that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Shield us from the schemes of the enemy, from harm, from sickness, and from every snare that seeks to entrap us. We declare that no evil shall befall us, nor any plague come near our homes, for You have commanded Your angels to guard us in all our ways (Psalm 91:10-11).

Father, we also ask for breakthrough in every area where there is stagnation, oppression, or resistance. Break every chain that binds Your people—chains of fear, doubt, financial lack, sickness, or spiritual strongholds. We declare freedom and victory in the name of Jesus, for He has already triumphed over every power and authority (Colossians 2:15). Open doors that no man can shut, and shut doors that no man can open (Revelation 3:7). Let Your favor rest upon us, and let Your light shine in the darkness, exposing every hidden thing that seeks to hinder Your work in our lives.

Lord, we pray especially for those who are weary, who feel overwhelmed, or who are facing battles that seem impossible. Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that the battle belongs to You (2 Chronicles 20:15). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them know that You are fighting for them (Exodus 14:14).

We also lift up those who may not know You yet, Father. Draw them to Yourself, that they may call upon the name of Jesus and be saved. Let this season of protection and breakthrough be a testimony of Your power and love, that many may come to know You as their Lord and Savior.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promises, and we stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6). May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in every situation we face.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, standing in faith with you. We've been reminded of Psalm 18:2, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." God is our refuge, our strength, and our shield. He's promised to be with us in times of trouble, to fight our battles, and to deliver us (Isaiah 43:2-3).

But remember, friend, we have access to this protection only through Jesus Christ. He said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). Let's ensure we're abiding in Him, walking in obedience, and turning away from sin.

Let's pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You today, seeking Your protection and breakthrough. Lord, we ask for Your hedge of protection around us, our families, and our loved ones. Shield us from harm, from sickness, and from every snare. We declare no evil shall befall us, and no plague come near our homes.

Father, we also ask for breakthrough in every area where there's stagnation or oppression. Break every chain that binds us, and let Your favor rest upon us. Strengthen those who are weary, and remind them that the battle belongs to You. Draw those who don't know You yet, that they may call upon the name of Jesus and be saved.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promises and stand firm in the authority of Jesus' name. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in every situation we face. In Jesus' mighty and matchless name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
