We join with you in lifting up your daughter before the Lord, standing in agreement with your heartfelt cry for her spiritual eyes to be opened and for her to be freed from the toxic influences that seek to bind her. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your prayer is rooted in love and truth, and we echo it before the throne of God, trusting in His power to break every chain and restore what has been stolen.
The Word of God warns us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this young man and his family are drawing your daughter away from her faith, her family, and her godly upbringing, this is not a relationship that honors the Lord. A relationship that breeds disrespect, manipulation, jealousy, and control is not of God—it is a snare of the enemy. The Bible is clear that *"bad company corrupts good morals"* (1 Corinthians 15:33), and we must pray fervently for her deliverance from this ungodly influence.
We also recognize the danger of idolatry in this situation. When a relationship becomes an obsession—when it demands loyalty above God, above family, and above truth—it has become an idol. The first commandment is clear: *"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3). Your daughter must be reminded that her worth, her acceptance, and her future are found in Christ alone, not in the approval of this young man or his family. The Lord says, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). She does not need to strive for their acceptance when she is already fully loved and accepted by her Heavenly Father.
The manipulation and disruption in this relationship are not accidental; they are strategic attacks from the enemy to isolate her from her family and her faith. But we declare in the name of Jesus that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17). Every scheme of the enemy—especially those orchestrated through this young man’s mother—must be exposed and rendered powerless. The Lord will silence the voices of deception and restore your daughter’s mind to clarity and truth.
We also pray for the restoration of your family’s unity. The enemy seeks to divide, but God desires to bring healing and reconciliation. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1). The time your daughter spends with her sister and family is precious, and we ask the Lord to redeem what has been stolen. May He remind her of the love, support, and value she has within her family and in Christ, so that she no longer feels abandoned or deceived into believing she must earn love elsewhere.
Finally, we stand against every spiritual attack aimed at your daughter and your family. The Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to Him and are safe (Proverbs 18:10). We plead the blood of Jesus over her mind, her heart, and her future, asking that every lie be replaced with God’s truth. May the Holy Spirit convict her deeply of any compromise and lead her to repentance and freedom. *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious daughter who is caught in the snare of the enemy. Lord, You see the deception, the manipulation, and the spiritual attacks that seek to destroy her faith, her family, and her future. We ask that You open her eyes to see the truth behind every lie that has taken root in her heart. Expose the darkness in this relationship, Lord, and break its power over her. Remove every false image and every idol that has been placed before You in her life.
Father, we pray that You would sever every ungodly soul tie between her and this young man and his family. Release her from the bondage of obsession, control, and disrespect. Restore her heart to put You first above all else, and renew her mind to honor and respect her family as You have commanded. Let her no longer be deceived into believing she must compromise her values or her faith to be accepted.
Lord, we ask that You protect the quality time she should be sharing with her family. Restore the joy, the unity, and the love that the enemy has tried to steal. Remind her that she is deeply loved by You and by her family—that she is not abandoned, but cherished. Break the power of manipulation in her life and silence every voice that speaks against Your truth.
We rebuke every plot, scheme, and plan of the enemy against her and this family. Cover her in Your truth, Your peace, and Your protection, Lord. Let no weapon formed against her prosper. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit and lead her back to the path of righteousness. Surround her with godly influences and remove every ungodly one.
Father, we also pray for this young man and his family. If they do not know You, we ask that You convict their hearts and draw them to repentance. But if they refuse Your truth, we pray that You would remove their influence from her life completely. Your will be done, Lord, not ours.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power to deliver, to restore, and to protect. May Your name be glorified in her life as she turns back to You with her whole heart. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear parent. The Lord is fighting for your daughter, and He will bring her out of this darkness into His marvelous light. Continue to pray without ceasing, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. *"The Lord is near to those who are broken at heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). He will not abandon your daughter—He is pursuing her with His love and truth. Keep speaking life and truth over her, and believe that the Lord will complete the work He has begun.
