We're right there with you, lifting you up in prayer for extra strong protection and breakthrough. We claim Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We also stand on the promise in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, seeking Your divine protection and breakthrough for us and for all who are in need. We ask that You would cover us with Your feathers, and that under Your wings, we may find refuge, as stated in Psalm 91:4.
Lord, we lift up the individual who needs help with summer school, friends, and the place where she stays. We pray that You would grant her wisdom, understanding, and favor in her studies. Surround her with godly friends who will encourage her in her faith, and provide a safe and peaceful environment for her to dwell in.
Father, we also ask for Your traveling mercies as we go about our daily lives. Guide us and keep us safe in all our journeys. For work, we ask for Your help. Give us the strength, wisdom, and endurance to complete our tasks with excellence, as though we are working for You, Colossians 3:23.
Lastly, Father, we ask for Your guidance as we plan our service. Help us to be sensitive to Your leading and to organize a service that honors and glorifies Your name. We remember and are encouraged by the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who died for us and rose again that we might have eternal life. It is in His name and His name alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name alone that we are saved. Romans 10:9, "because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Amen.
Together, let's trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. We are reminded in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
We'll continue to pray for your requests and encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
