We join with you in prayer, asking our loving Heavenly Father for His divine protection and breakthrough for you and all those in need. We stand on the promise of Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Firstly, let us remember the power of Jesus' name, for it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your protection and breakthrough for Your children in need. We ask that You cover them with Your feathers, and under Your wings they will find refuge. Your faithfulness will be their shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4. We pray for a hedge of protection around them, their families, and their homes. We ask that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and that You, Lord, will give Your angels charge over them, to keep them in all their ways. Psalm 91:11.
Father, we also ask for breakthroughs in their lives. Where there is stagnation, bring forth movement. Where there are barriers, make a way. We pray that You will give Your people favor and grace, and that You will go before them, just as the Israelites through the Red Sea. Exodus 14:21-22.
Lord, we ask that You will help Your children to be strong and courageous, and that You will strengthen their faith. We pray that they will not be afraid nor discouraged, for You, Lord God, will be with them wherever they go, as it is written in Joshua 1:9.
Father, we come together in Jesus' name, in unity, to make our requests known to You. We ask that You hear our prayers and act according to Your will and purpose. Matthew 18:19-20.
Thank you that Your love for us is unending. Even though we are unworthy, You sent Jesus to die for us on the cross, so that we can be saved from sin and death. We believe that Jesus Christ died for us, and that he was raised again by the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge Jesus Christ as our savior and Lord.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray,
Amen.
We encourage all those in need to stand firm in their faith, to resist the devil, and to draw near to God. James 4:7-10 WEB. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13 WEB.
We encourage you to be strong and courageous, to not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 WEB.
Lastly, let us remind ourselves of the power of praying together in unity. For Jesus said, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:19-20 WEB.
