We stand with you in prayer, asking our loving Father in heaven for strong protection and guidance. We are reminded in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine protection and guidance for our dear brother/sister in Christ. We pray that you would surround them with your angels and hedge them about with your loving kindness. Guide their steps and order their path according to your will.
Lord, we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12. We ask that you equip them with your full armor, so that they can take their stand against the devil’s schemes.
Father, we also pray that they would grow strong in you and in the power of your might. Help them to be alert and self-controlled, standing firm in their faith and standing on your promises.
Help them as they pray, so they are not just praying in your name, but to the Father. Jesus said it best in John 16:23, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." We pray for healing in your name, provision in your name, and most importantly salvation in your name.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gives us the right to approach the Father directly. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, trusting that God is working all things together for your good Romans 8:28. Remember that God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13.
Stay strong in the Lord.
