We are with you in asking for God's strong protection and guidance. Let's turn to God's Word to strengthen our faith and understand His promises for our protection.
Firstly, let's acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord. We can trust in Him to protect us. "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore," Psalm 121 WEB.
We are also encouraged to be strong and courageous, knowing that the Lord our God is with us wherever we go. "Have not I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go," Joshua 1:9 WEB.
However, we must remember that our protection is in the Lord, and not in any charm, amulet, or superstition. We are to trust in God alone, for He is our shield and our very great reward. "You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you. I am Yahweh," Leviticus 19:28 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and guidance. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are our keeper and our shade. Please guide us in the paths of righteousness, and keep us from all evil. Help us to be strong and courageous, trusting in You alone.
Lord, we also pray for those who may be seeking protection outside of Your will. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them, and draw them into a personal relationship with You through Jesus Christ. Help them to understand that true protection comes from You alone, and not in any superstitious acts.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. He loves you and desires a personal relationship with you.
