We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection and blessings upon you and your children. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, aligned with His will and His Word.
Jesus Himself instructed us to ask. The Lord's Prayer serves as a model to direct our prayers. For example, Jesus said to ask for deliverance from evil. We know that God is faithful. He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear. But when we are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that we can endure it. Therefore, let us approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking your protection and blessings for this parent and their children. We pray that you would shield them from the enemy's schemes and bind up any spirits of confusion, chaos, drama, poverty, sickness, lack, gossip, and lies that may be attempting to infiltrate their lives. Cover them with the precious blood of Jesus, which cleanses, redeems, and protects.
Father, we ask that you would grant them favor, grace and mercy in every area of their lives. Bestow upon them your peace, joy, and happiness that surpasses all understanding. Prosper them in their ways and grant them good health and long life, so that they may serve you and be a testament of your goodness.
Lord, you instructed us to ask in Jesus' name to receive from you. We know that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to you, Father, except through Jesus Christ. We are so thankful for your salvation plan. You sent your Son Jesus Christ to die on a cross for our sins, and you raised Jesus from the dead so we may have eternal life.
Lord, you told us the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. You told us you came that we may have life and have it abundantly. We ask for your hedge of protection around this family, Lord. We ask that you rebuke any evil that would try to harm them. We thank you that by the stripes of Jesus they are healed. We praise you for Jesus' resurrection which guarantees theirs. We thank you for your angels that encamp around those who fear you and deliver them.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God cares for you and your children. Trust in His promises. Remember, the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. Jesus came that they may have life and have it abundantly. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God. Stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Remember, Ephesians 6 reminds us:
Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your waist girded with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having your feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will protect and bless you and your children abundantly.
