We join with you in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. It is so important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Let us pray and address the requests you have brought before us.
Firstly, we pray for your daughter and her husband and her family to be surrounded by God's hedge of protection during their travels. We stand on the promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." We ask that God grants them journeying mercies, and that their time be free from stress and worry.
We also pray for God's guidance and blessing on the work of your hands. As it is written in Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands." We ask that you may make the most of your time, resources, and words, and that you may have opportunities to touch lives for God's glory.
We plead the blood of Jesus over your family, all living things, and your home. We pray for God's favor, protection, and blessing over your education, health, vehicles, job, and home. We also lift up any unspoken requests, trusting that God knows the deepest desires of your heart.
We lift up couples who are in pain and ask for God's healing and restoration in their relationships. We pray that they may be strengthened to live out their roles as instructed in the Bible, with love and power. As it is written in Ephesians 5:22-33, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it."
We pray for God's guidance and wisdom as you speak, that you may be encouraging and share His love with others. We ask that He grants you rapport with new patients.
Finally, we pray that God closes the doors that lead to harm in your life and the life of your family and opens doors for good opportunities and kind Christian connections. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3, "And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one."
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, remembering that it is only through Him that we can do all things. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
We encourage you to continue to trust in God, and to remember that He is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
We rebuke any story that is not according to God's will for your life. We rebuke any attempt to try to take away your peace and joy in Jesus Christ. It is written in John 10:10, "10 The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
We continue to pray for the salvation of all men, as it is written in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." We encourage you to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those around you, that they may come to know Him as their Lord and Savior.
