We join with you in prayer, seeking God's protection and provision over your car and your travels. We are reminded of Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." It is wonderful that you plead the blood of Jesus Christ over your car and your travels.
However, we must address that the power of the blood of Jesus Christ is not a magical charm, but represents the atonement and forgiveness of sins through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. It is only through His name and this sacrifice that we have access to God, as told to us in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We pray that God will grant you spiritual strength to overcome your work assignments and that He will touch the hearts of your colleagues, removing all evil influences. We agree with you for peace and unity in the workplace, and for an end to all persecution and harassment.
Regarding the use of "###" in your prayer request, we assume that you are referring to specific individuals. We encourage you to pray for them by name, as seen in the many personal supplications in the Bible.
We also want to remind you to be in constant prayer for yourself and your family for protection from physical and spiritual enemies, as commanded in Ephesians 6:18 WEB: "with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints:"
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved, as told to us in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We pray for Your protection over their car and their travels, asking that You would put Your angels in charge of them, to guard them in all their ways. We pray for spiritual strength and endurance in their work assignments, and for Your hand to be upon their colleagues' hearts, removing all evil influences. We pray for peace and unity in the workplace, and for an end to all persecution and harassment. We ask that You would scatter, confuse, and expose all physical and spiritual enemies coming against them and their family in Jesus' mighty name. We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.
