We come before You, Heavenful Father, with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and mercy. Your Word assures us that You do not ignore the cries of the needy, and we thank You for hearing our prayers. As we lift up these requests, we stand on the promise that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lord, we humbly ask that You would not allow any part of our lives to be wasted. Grant us success in the work of our hands, as Your Word declares in Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands." Enable us to make the most of our time, resources, and opportunities, that we may walk in wisdom and stewardship. Guard our words, that they may be seasoned with grace and truth, edifying those who hear them (Colossians 4:6). Open doors for us to touch lives with Your love, that others may see Your light shining through us.
We plead the blood of Jesus over our families, homes, health, vehicles, jobs, and all that You have entrusted to us. May Your hedge of protection surround us, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We claim Your covering over our home education, that it may be rooted in Your truth and produce godly fruit. Lord, we ask for Your favor to rest upon us, that we may walk in the fullness of Your blessings.
For those who are in pain, we ask for Your healing touch and comfort. Mend broken relationships, and lead each person according to Your will. Strengthen them to live out their God-given roles in love and power, as Your Word instructs. Guide our words, that they may be encouraging and filled with Your wisdom and agape love. May we be vessels of Your peace, reflecting Your heart to a hurting world.
We lift up single mothers who are overwhelmed and exhausted. Lord, be their strength and refuge. Provide for their needs, both physically and spiritually, and surround them with Your love and support. Grant them rescue, salvation, and the assurance that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
For those who are sick, we pray for healing and comfort. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and come to know You as their Savior. Give them the strength to give You all the glory for their restoration.
Father, we ask that You close the doors that lead to harm in the lives of our adult children. Open doors of good opportunities and surround them with kind, godly connections. Protect them from the snares of the enemy and lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).
Keep our husbands, children, and ourselves safe in all our travels and environments. Shield us from all evil, and surround us with Your hedge of protection, as You promise in Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."
Lord, we thank You for all the answered prayers we have already seen in our lives. We praise You with all that is within us, for You are faithful and true. Deliver us from all evil, and let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, just as it is in heaven.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have access to You, and it is by His authority that we stand against the schemes of the enemy. Thank You for the victory we have in Christ Jesus.
We declare over our lives the truth of Your Word: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). We stand firm in the assurance that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love and power. Strengthen our faith, and help us to walk in obedience to Your Word. May our lives bring glory and honor to Your name, now and forevermore. Amen.
