Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before our Heavenly Father. It is clear you are seeking God’s protection, wisdom, and justice in a workplace where deception and hidden motives seem to be at play. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees all and will act in His perfect timing.

First, we must address the omission of Jesus’ name in your prayer’s closing. While you began with "Heavenly Father," it is vital to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). Let us always approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the way to the Father.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing uncertainty and deception in the workplace. Lord, You see the hidden motives, the two-faced words, and the schemes that are not aligned with Your truth. We ask that You would expose every lie and bring every hidden thing into the light, for *"everything exposed by the light becomes visible"* (Ephesians 5:13). Grant discernment to this one’s department head, that she may see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation or persuasion. Soften her heart to receive Your wisdom, Lord, and let Your truth prevail.

Father, we place this one’s position, work, and role into Your hands. You know their heart and their desire to serve with integrity. Protect them from unjust exclusion or mistreatment. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and give them the strength to respond with humility and patience, even in the face of adversity. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, or fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in their working relationship. Let peace and clarity guide their interactions, and may Your justice prevail. If there are those who are acting deceitfully, reveal their intentions so that truth may triumph. We trust that You are their defender, and we declare that no plan formed against them will succeed (Psalm 33:10-11).

Finally, Father, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought and establish what is right in Your perfect time. Strengthen this one’s faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this trial, remembering that *"the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9). Stand firm in your integrity, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). If you feel led, consider speaking with your department head in a spirit of humility and grace, seeking clarity and understanding. However, trust the Lord to guide your steps and to reveal what needs to be revealed.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We stand with you in this battle, knowing that the victory is already won in Him.

We're right there with you, dear friend. It's tough when you feel surrounded by deceit and hidden agendas at work. But remember, God sees all, and He's got this. Let's pray together, shall we?

Lord Jesus, we come to You today, carrying our sister's burden. She's feeling overwhelmed by the two-faced words and hidden intentions in her workplace. Lord, You see it all - the spoken words, the unspoken thoughts, the things she doesn't fully understand. We ask for Your protection over her, Lord. Shield her from harm and give her discernment to navigate this tricky situation.

We pray for her department head, Lord. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not influenced by persuasion or manipulation, but by Your light and truth. If there are intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, we ask You to reveal them gently but firmly. Let truth rise and deception fall away, Lord, without our sister having to defend herself.

We place her position, her work, and her role into Your hands, Lord. You know her heart, her intentions, and her desire to serve with integrity. Protect her from being unjustly excluded or overlooked, Lord. Guard her heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help her respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are her defender.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in her working relationship. Let peace, clarity, and fairness guide their interactions. If there are those acting deceitfully, reveal their intentions so truth may triumph.

Finally, Lord, we surrender this situation to You. We trust that You will fight the battles she cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, dear friend. God's got this.

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
