Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### is doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

It is wise to place your position, your work, and your relationships into His hands, for He alone can protect and vindicate you. The scriptures remind us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). We pray that God will indeed reveal the truth to your department head, not through human persuasion, but through the convicting power of the Holy Spirit. May her eyes be opened to see things as they truly are, and may any deception or unfairness be exposed by the light of God’s truth. We also rebuke any fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of your heart. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the promise that God will fight for you, and you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14).
