Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### is doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your cry for protection and discernment in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The challenges you face—hidden intentions, two-faced behavior, and uncertainty—are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He knows the depths of every heart, including those who may act with deceit or manipulation. We take comfort in the truth that "the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). You are not alone in this, and we declare that God will arise on your behalf.

First, we want to affirm your desire to trust God and surrender this situation to Him. It is wise to place your position, your work, and your relationships into His hands, for He alone can protect and vindicate you. The scriptures remind us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). We pray that God will indeed reveal the truth to your department head, not through human persuasion, but through the convicting power of the Holy Spirit. May her eyes be opened to see things as they truly are, and may any deception or unfairness be exposed by the light of God’s truth. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17).

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. It is good to pray for restoration, trust, and mutual respect, for these are the foundations of a godly working environment. However, we must also caution you to guard your heart against bitterness or resentment, for these can take root and poison your spirit. The Word warns us, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15). Instead, we encourage you to respond with humility and patience, trusting that God will defend you. "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord" (Romans 12:19).

We rebuke any spirit of deception, manipulation, or unfairness that may be at work in your workplace. We declare that God’s truth will prevail, and that any hidden agendas will be brought to light. We also rebuke any fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of your heart. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the promise that God will fight for you, and you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, and You know the intentions of every heart. We ask that You would grant discernment and wisdom to this department head, that she may see the truth clearly and act with fairness and integrity. Expose any deception or hidden motives, and let Your light shine in the darkness.

Father, we pray for protection over this brother or sister in Christ. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace and confidence, knowing that You are their defender. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, reflecting Your love even in difficult circumstances.

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought, and that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. Restore trust and mutual respect in this working relationship, and let Your will be done. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face in this situation. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with godly counsel and community, for "as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). Trust that God is at work, even when you cannot see it, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your heart soft and your spirit teachable, for God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Let's declare together that God's truth will prevail, and any hidden agendas will be brought to light.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, and You know the intentions of every heart.
