Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Your request reveals a deep trust in God’s sovereignty, even in the midst of workplace challenges that can feel overwhelming. We are grateful that you have come before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true protection and discernment (Acts 4:12).

First, we want to affirm your desire to walk in integrity and humility in your workplace. The Bible calls us to work as unto the Lord, not unto men (Colossians 3:23), and to conduct ourselves with wisdom and grace, especially in difficult environments. It is clear that you are seeking God’s will in this situation, and we rejoice in that. However, we must also rebuke the spirit of deception and two-facedness that seems to be at work in your department. The Lord detests dishonest scales and deceitful hearts (Proverbs 11:1), and we stand against any hidden agendas or ungodly influences that may be operating. Let the light of Christ expose every hidden thing, and may those who walk in darkness be brought into His marvelous light (Ephesians 5:11-13).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed grant her discernment and wisdom from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, and without hypocrisy (James 3:17). May her eyes be opened to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through the unchanging Word of God. If there are intentions in her heart—or in the hearts of others—that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that the Holy Spirit convict and correct them. Let truth rise like the dawn, and may deception be scattered like chaff before the wind (Psalm 37:6).

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, and we declare that He is your defender. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). We pray that He would shield you from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal. May your labor be seen and rewarded by Him who sees all (Hebrews 6:10). We also lift up your relationship with your department head. May the Lord restore trust where it has been broken and cultivate mutual respect. Let your interactions be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness, as you both seek to honor God in your roles (Romans 12:18).

Guard your heart, dear one, from the snares of resentment, pride, and fear. The enemy would love to see you stumble into bitterness or anxiety, but we declare that you will not be overcome. Instead, may you respond with the humility, patience, and wisdom that come from walking closely with the Lord (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that vengeance belongs to God alone (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your role is to trust Him and walk in obedience, leaving the outcome in His hands.

We surrender this situation to the Lord alongside you, trusting that He will fight the battles you cannot fight. The Lord goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:8). We pray that His perfect justice and timing will prevail, and that you will see His hand move in ways you cannot yet imagine.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Defender. You see the hidden things, the whispered words, and the intentions of every heart in this workplace. We ask that You would expose what needs to be revealed and bring Your light into every dark corner. Grant discernment to this dear one and to their department head, that they may see truth clearly and walk in it. Protect them from unjust treatment and guard their heart from bitterness or fear. Let Your peace reign in their workplace, and may Your will be done in every situation. We trust You to fight on their behalf, for You are faithful and just. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may respond with grace and wisdom in every circumstance. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will turn every trial into a testimony of Your goodness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

6. **Guardian of Their Heart**: Guard our friend's heart, Lord, from resentment, pride, and fear. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their defender.

7. **Faithfulness in the Face of Uncertainty**: We trust You, Lord, to fight the battles they cannot fight. We believe that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your burden and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer these past days. Your workplace is a daily mission field, and we have asked the Lord to be your shield, your wisdom, and your peace as you walk through it.

We prayed that the Holy Spirit would flood your department head with discernment, opening her eyes to the truth beyond any hidden agendas or two-faced words. We asked the Father to gently expose any intentions that do not align with His fairness, humility, and service, letting truth rise effortlessly so you would not have to carry the weight of self-defense. We placed your position, your role, and every conversation into God’s hands, trusting Him to guard you from unjust exclusion or oversight.

We also lifted your relationship with your supervisor, asking the Lord to rebuild trust, deepen understanding, and grow mutual respect. May every interaction be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness, and may she recognize the truth of what is happening even when you are not present.
