We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for protection from spiritual attacks. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm on the promise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). These disturbances in sleep and the relentless assaults on body and mind are not of God—He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this beloved one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, creating an impenetrable hedge of protection. Lord, surround them with Your angels to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Let Your peace, which the world cannot give, flood their heart and quiet every anxious thought.
We also encourage this dear one to put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm in prayer, resist the devil, and he will flee (James 4:7). Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Do not be afraid, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
Heavenly Father, we ask that You expose any areas where the enemy may be gaining a foothold—unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or ungodly influences. Cleanse and renew this heart, Lord, and let no darkness remain. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved and delivered. Amen.
